BEWAREDELIVERYORDERS! This is the most incompetent service I have ever encountered. I called my verbal delivery order in to a native English speaking female. After waiting 1.5 hours, and not receiving our order(with 2 hungry kids), I was told that they«forgot» to place the order. She proceeded unapologetically to tell me that I «could just cancel the order» if I wanted to. I curtly told her I had an entire family here that were expecting dinner and that we should receive the food plus a discount! After discussing with her manager, she offered 20% off and our food was delivered in OVERANOTHERHOUR. I discovered that 1 entire curry chicken entrée was missing(I had ordered 2). I called them(same female) and was told that they could send me another curry chicken but I would have to pay for it and ANOTHERDELIVERYFEE. I reminded her of our original conversation and that this was her mistake. This was now going on 9pm and my kids who both ordered the same curry chicken, were not getting their expected dinner. I was too late to order from anywhere else. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to get her. I called back AGAIN. This time the manager got on the phone and stated that I had only ordered 1 curry chicken and that’s what I was given. The native English speaking female who took my order had LIED to her manager about exactly what order was placed. I am ethnic Chinese. I am frankly APPALLED and EMBARRASSED that these Chinese restaurant owners would treat any customer this way. To add insult to injury, the food was very greasy and salty. We vacation in Park City often and would NEVER order from here again.

First off to begin with this horrible restaurant we waited 50+ minutes for cold food and the wrong order which was a huge disappointment considering how expensive the food was over 15 $ for a sandwich. With the total order costing over 60 $. Overall don’t eat here.

The prices are reasonable and our food was delicious. We had wonton soup and the cowboy ribs. The sauce on the ribs was sweet and spicy and the ribs themselves were cripy. This dish was served on a bed of perfectly cooked greenbeans and a side of rice. Great value.

This place is horrible! The food delivery came way late and, when it finally came, our chow mein did not have any noodles in it! When we called, they told us that chow mein doesn’t have noodles and then said that our chow mein did have noodles. I ate that«chow mein» … No noodles! Then we both got sick the next morning. Never ordering from here again

Great Thai food. Flavorful and affordable. Great central location too. One of my go to places for lunch.

This is the best restaurant in Park City! And Park City is notorious for its abundance of very mediocre/overpriced restaurants. This place appears to be family owned and run. The service is great, the prices reasonable and the food is excellent.

I can’t attest to the food, only the service of this place. I placed an order at the desk… not being able to get through on their telephone. Simple Lomein and potstickers. to go… easy. No one else, besides me waiting for takeout seemed to get an order to go. Orders for delivery kept going out the front door in huge warmer bags; diners came and sat and ate… after 30 minutes I asked if it was ready… kid at the counter works to hide from customers… she goes to the back and returns about 5 minutes later and ignores me. I ask again, my credit card out, and say I want a refund. She disappears and doesn’t come back… I go to the head person at another register and ask if my order is «up» and if it isn’t want my money back(credit card). More orders go out in bags and people are eating that came in 30 minutes after I ordered… none of the take outs are getting food. After 45 minutes with nothing to show for it; and after being at work all day myself… I get my «money» back… tip NOT included for a dinner I didn’t get. I can’t imagine the food being better than the service… And if you want normal pan fried noodles… go somewhere else. Crispy noodles are those crunchy deep fried noodles you can get in a Chunk King can… how can they not do pan fried noodles? Never again

Hmmm. How to review this place. First of all the service. Pathetic. Empty glasses of water at our table for a long time and we were the only table occupied in the entire place. Then when we asked for a water refill she mixed all the glasses and brought them back and redistributed our used glasses to everyone. Who knows who had what. The rice. Hard as rock candy. They didn’t cook it with enough water We had the chow mein. It was OKay aside from all the very large and very visible egg shells throughout. I ordered the spicy Thai basil beef. Heavy on the soy sauce and there were unidentifiable chopped vegetable components in it which I would not eat. Needless to say I won’t be eating here again. The portion sizes are really more for family dining than individual sittings.

Not good. Just, not good at all. If you want decent Chinese, it’s worth the drive out to kimball junction for full house Asian bistro.

Awful is an understatement. Totally waste of money and time. You’re better off going to 7 eleven and buying junk food from there than wasting your money at the so called food at this place. Literary we threw it all, even the white rice. Horrible food!

Nothing very good here, sadly. The service was friendly, albeit spotty, but the food was really bad. Kids ordered Chicken Fried Rice, hubby got Sesame Chicken, I got Pad Thai, and three of us ordered Miso Soup. The Miso Soup had a bizarre oily film on top, and tasted like no other Miso Soup I’ve ever had. None of us ate more than a few bites. The Chicken Fried Rice was a weird rather tasteless mushy mix that two of the three kids didn’t eat, my husband said the Sesame Chicken was ok but nothing he would come back to eat, and the Pad Thai was not bad but not good. The total was $ 85 before tip for 5 people 9, 13, 16, and two adults, so not feeling good about the money spent right now. I hope they improve their cooking, because I want to see little places like this be delicious and thrive here in Park City, but next time we’ll go elsewhere.

Mediocre food. The hot and sour soup was syrupy and lacked a bold flavor. The fried green beans were drenched in teriyaki sauce to the point that they were practically inedible. The chicken with Thai peanut sauce was OK. The chicken and broccoli were cooked well, but the sauce was subpar. Nonetheless, you receive a large portion for under $ 10, so that’s a plus.

1st off, our food was terrible. The Mongolian Beef was soaking in a disgusting sauce, and the lemon chicken tasted like it was fresh off out of the microwave. My real complaint is with their delivery. Our meal… which should have came out to a bit under $ 40, ended up being $ 52. I asked the delivery driver for a receipt to explain this discrepancy, and she refused to provide one. I called twice before someone would explain… and I was finally told that this was due to an $ 8 delivery fee(which they fail to tell you about beforehand). When you don’t know about this charge and give an additional 15% tip to your delivery driver… the total charge is extremely excessive. And this is ignoring the fact that this delivery charge didn’t account for the full $ 12+ Difference in what I was charged to what I was supposed to be charged. In short, if you like being overcharged for terrible food by an unethical restaurant, then go ahead and eat here. Otherwise, there are countless other wonderful dining options in this wonderful city for you to dine at.

Three of us had their $ 9 lunch specials, and nobody was disappointed. Great flavor. Large portions. Well cooked. A solid experience. We particularly liked their orange chicken, and a spicy chicken with curry, basil, coconut milk and peanut sauce!

My meal: I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken dinner entrée. Has a bit of a kick, which I like, but it could have been a little spicier. Sauce was a little too thick, but tasty. Chicken was cooked properly. I like that you can choose from white rice, fried rice, or brown rice. My fried rice had a bit too much moisture and was slightly gummy. Not a deal-breaker. Plenty filling for this 235 pound man. Positives: 1) Convenient location — central to most of Park City area, very close to my condo. 2) Nice décor for a casual restaurant. Clean. 3) Counter staff was very friendly. 4) Food was good. About average in comparison to similar restaurants. 5) Portion was ample, about average in size compared to others. Negatives: 1) Took longer than expected to receive food. Was told 10 – 15 minutes, was actually about 25 minutes. Not a big deal. 2) Prices are slightly above average, maybe by a dollar or two higher on most entrees. Probably the Park City factor. Overall: This restaurant does not disappoint if you are looking to fill your belly with tasty food. While it doesn’t knock your socks off, it seems like a reliable place if you are hungry and want a decent experience. I may go back and try their $ 9 lunch special, which contains an entrée, rice, egg roll, soup, and a soft drink.

Worst service ever. We went to this restaurant to order some take out. The restaurant was completely empty so we were surprised when we were told the order would take 25 minutes but we went ahead and ordered anyway. Our order was for three entrees and two appetizers. We kept checking on the order and were continually told they were just bagging it up. After waiting one hour and still no food we told them to cancel the order and give us a refund and were then told that a manager would need to process the refund but the manager was not onsite. Having no idea how long it would take for the manager to arrive and considering that they had continually lied to us about the state of the order we decided to simply walk out and dispute the charge on the credit card.

A bottled beer is costly here… miso soup delicious! Pad Thai just okay; heavy on the fish sauce, no peanuts on top, plenty of sliced carrots, tender chicken. TV, tables and also bar seating for meal and bottled beer.

I don’t understand the 2 star review. They were open late on a Sunday unlike any other restaurant nearby. Customer service was excellent and the food was really good. I recommend the orange chicken. The meat was tender and the broccoli pieces where plentiful. I will definitely eat here again.

This was the first restaurant I visited when I arrived from L.A., and I must say I absolutey loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place! Very peaceful place to eat, loved the art on the walls and the best part was the food which was incrEDIBLE. Coming from Monterey Park, I know asian cuisine and this is a hidden gem worth finding!

Was told it would be a 35 minute wait. Ended up taking over an hour. They hadn’t even started to cook my food when I arrived for pickup. Food was watery & they forgot the noodles in our chow Mein :(
