Our mission is to help improve each individual’s quality of life through bodywork and self awareness.

Centerline Bodywork offers individualized massage therapy and the Rolf Method of Structural Integration.

Through massage we hope to provide relief and relaxation to the body and reduce both physical and emotional stress.

Through the Rolf Method of Strucrual Integration we strive to help your body to find support from and to be more at ease with gravity thus illiminating chronic issues.

History

Established in 2009.

I worked for eight years in the spa industry and felt that I wasn’t able to achieve my goals and treat each client individually at the level I wanted. I opened my own studio so that I cold pursue my goals and better serve each client’s needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Larra M.

Business Owner

Larra has had a love for touch since she was young.

She studied massage at the Utah College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2001. She has found a love for therapeutic massage. Working to have her clients leave in a better state than when they arrived

After working in the massage industry for seven years she chose to become a Structural Integrator and attended the Guild for Structural Integration in 2008. Since then Larra has attended many continuing education workshops to increase her depth of knowledge about the Rolf Method and increase her ability to serve each clients needs individually.

Larra enjoys helping those around her find a new way of achieving balance and ease in both body and mind either through massage or through the Rolf Method of Structural Integration or both.

During her free time she can be found in the outdoors, hiking, skiing, surfing, snowshoeing, camping, as well as enjoying the arts and entertainment.
