History

Established in 1990.

William R. Flowers has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Mr. Flowers created William R. Flowers & Associates in 1990 and has spent 20 years growing his business. Some of his major clients include TDOT, Security Bank & Trust Company and Commercial Bank. Paula Odom has been a part of the business since it opened its doors. She is as Bobby puts it, «the boss». Paula is Bobby’s assisant and she takes care of all of the day to day buiness within the office. In 2002, Mandy McDevitt joined the company full time as an appraiser trainee. Mandy became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2007 and is currently working towards becoming a Certified General Appraiser and Senior Right of Way Associate. Mr. Flowers and Mrs. McDevitt are actively involved in the International Right of Way Association, where Mr. Flowers just served as President of the local chapter. Mr. Flowers is also a member of the Tennessee Appraisal Board Commission and past chair.
