EVERY SINGLE TIME they «fix» my grandmother’s modem (which only operates her phone since she does not have a computer), I can’t get a call to go through. This is a frequently recurring problem. More than that, they have the audacity and gall to try to charge her when this happens. It can’t possibly be her fault since she doesn’t use any of their gear, but only her phone.
