If you are planning to sell your home/​property, you need someone who can do more than just take a listing and run a few ads in the local paper. You need a savvy business person with the personal skills, internet tech skills, and local contacts to get the job done. I can meet those needs.

If you are looking to buy a home or some property, I’m not one of those agents who is going to call and email you five times per day until you buy something. That’s not my style. I try to create a no-​hassle, friendly environment. As your buyer’s agent, I will go to bat for you when need be. When buying a home, you need an agent who isn’t going to just steer you to his or her listings. You need someone who can assess your needs, and put you in your dream home, no matter where that may be or who has it listed. My goals are not commission based. My philosophy in business is: if you take care of people, you won’t have to worry about the money.
