The SERVPRO Story

Ted and Doris Isaacson launched SERVPRO in 1967 as a painting business in Sacramento, Calif. With a background in cleaning and restoration, however, Ted and Doris soon transformed the company into a franchisor of cleanup and restoration specialists.

SERVPRO relocated the corporate headquarters from Sacramento to Gallatin, Tenn., in 1988 in a strategic move to place itself within 600 miles of 50% of the U.S. population.



SERVPRO Corporate quickly became a key contributor in its community, and in 1991 the Nashville Business Journal named SERVPRO the Small Business of the Year. In the meantime the company continued its impressive growth, selling the 1,000^th Franchise in 2000.

More than 1,600 Franchises are operating nationwide, and SERVPRO continues to grow. The need for experienced, trained and professional cleanup and restoration company in the world.

Business Owner

Bill first bought the Montgomery Co./LBL South franchises in the early 90’s. Building a bonding/​trusting relationship with the insurance companies and residence of this area. In 2005 he sold the franchises and set out to retire (hunt). 5 years later in 2010 he realized how much he missed the opportunity each day to help the people of the two community’s. Now today he has taken his 19 years of experience to solely focus on the LBL South franchise to build it to be the best restoration company West TN has ever seen.
