Andrew was born and raised in Paris, and is excited to be the «Trusted Advisor» for the Paris area. Andrew Graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors Degree in History. Andrew worked for a year at another Allstate Agency before deciding to open up an agency of his own.
