Not deserve even deserve 1 star. Absolute worst homeowner’s shopping experience of my entire life. I purchased a $ 2300 LG fridge from here and with the first delivery of the item it was dented. So I had to wait for a second one a week later and the new unit was scratched again! I can’t live without a fridge another day so I had to settle for some credit that I’m still waiting for. I had also ordered an LG washer and dryer for $ 2300 that was again delivered damaged — with my old washer and dryer disconnected, I’m now forced to accept the machines with the dents while i wait to deal with HD on reimbursement and/​or replacement. Basically, the home delivery service HD uses is completely the opposite of white glove. The delivery guy who came twice and delivered damaged goods was rude, incompetent and obnoxious. The supervisors and dispatchers are equally useless. Dealing with HD on the issue has been a nightmare, trying to negotiate with the home delivery service on some acceptable resolution was a nightmare, and on top of all that, dealing with LGs service people in the Philippines is equally annoying. This experience has been traumatic and I will never ever purchase any appliances from HD again. Home Depot makes The purchase of decent products feel like a low budget, low class, low service experience. Avoid making the same mistake and head to Pirch or PC Richards

Not the best dang depot there is … otoh … not sure HD is what it once was anymore anywhere (yeah … here it comes … gratuitous nostalgia from the curmudgeon…)
A lifetime ago — before internet anything — HD helped me curate the infrastructure of my first home. It was new; it was cheap; the credit terms were great; there was no competition on the horizon; you could return anything for a cash refund, anytime, no questions asked, and the salespeople actually cared about your needs and knew what they were talking about.
Not anymore.
What was once personal is now institutional. Like government bureaucracy — HD has few soft edges — and mostly, little competition.
Returns here are no longer automatic without a receipt, and they are increasingly discretionary and a hassle if you don’t show ID. Some of the staff at this location seem bewildered by «how to» questions, hence not much help for DIY-​ers venturing into unfamiliar territory. The only employees that seem eager to welcome you are those hard selling HD contracting services — and these folks will follow you around the store if you don’t make it very clear you are not interested. They favor contractors, who can be surly in the aisles and parking lots during busy times, and their restocking and signage is often poor.
Still, if I need landscaping supplies, or lumber, or electrical, or plumbing — and especially if I need all of these at the same time, there is no other reasonable alternative in the area. Like Costco, the pricing here can be good for some things, or top of the market for others. Hence, like all the other Walmart-​inspired clones, you pay through the nose for convenience if you don’t shop wisely.
The warehouse box stores have us by the shorts. I suppose that’s it in a nutshell.

It’s a Home Depot big box store. It’s generally nice employees and hit or miss with super friendly ones.

Yikes… Only reason and I repeat only reason this place is getting 2-​stars is because of the customer service rep who stepped in and got ish done.
Back story:
Placed an order online because my wife and I have a 2 month old and wouldn’t have been able to get through the story to grab all of the big items we needed without the baby having a melt down.
Came in 3 hours later, and nothing had even been started. Spoke with the customer service team in the store and they said they were going to get started pulling my items. First issue, their printers were down so the rep had to hand write out our entire order as a check list to pull the product from various places around the store.
45 minutes later they finally brought the first item. Then… NOTHING for over an hour and a half. I started voicing my displeasure with the customer service team and then they finally got into gear and made some moves…
In the end it took 3 hours to get all the product together so I could finally check out. Needless to say, I’ll never be ordering online again and picking up in store. I would have saved 2 hours doing it myself.

This Home Depot is a very busy location most of the time. Recently when I passed by and stopped to get a light fixture it was so busy I left because the checkout was taking forever. But its great that a business is busy too.
Parking here is pretty good.

This is my go-​to Home Depot location in the area that I spend countless amounts of hours here looking for anything from nuts and bolts to gardening supplies. I’ve actually have become quite a pro with finding things here. My boyfriend along with any man I have ever met likes to find things on their own instead of asking a home depot employee. I usually take it upon myself to go and ask without his permission and show up with the piece and blow his mind. Good way to impress your man ladies!
The home depot really does have everything and anything you could think of needing when it comes to household remodeling or maintenance. Great store and well organized.

I just purchased washer and dryer, Steve in the washer, dryer was so helpful, very acknowledged about the appliances, and polite. This is the only home depot i go to whenever I need stuff for my house or business, people who work here always great, I never had any problems over the years.

I bought carpet from them that came with free installation. Paid over $ 2000 upfront. About 3 weeks later they deliver and install. No issues, they did a good job. That should be the end of me buying carpet.
About a month later I get a phone call requesting that I pay them another $ 230. They are not able to explain why I owe them this money. I was at work and said to send me an explanation as to what I am paying for in the mail. No explanation as to what they are seeking me to pay them ever comes. I do get a couple more telephone calls, which I let go to VM and did not return the calls
I did look over my paperwork and there is nothing to suggest that I owe them money. They have not provided me a reason for why I owe more money. Get a letter the other day saying they are referring it to a collection agency. I call Home Depot up and they are completely unhelpful and have no idea what is going on.
Completely ridiculous. Get it together.

Totally impressed by Ginny and Adolfo in Kitchens and baths. Long story from a 55 year old woman who is not an English major is better off left short! I have never written a review but they are exude knowledge, professionalism and kindness, That combination is hard to find in retail let alone life.

Had a very bad experience with a manger named Kariss. She had a very bad attitude and vas very rude and impolite. Usually, Home Depot’s are not perfect, but at least the management team seems to represent them well. Kariss personality and lack of diplomacy could drive me to Lowes.

There is an employee here who tells you you are applying for a «coupon card.» Beware, this is a credit card.

Tried to completely scam me on a garage door opener installation. After paying up front, it took 4 weeks to get an actual appointment scheduled. When I actually got a phone call from the vendor, they told me immediately that I needed to purchase an upgraded mounting kit (couldn’t use the one that comes with the opener, of course). After the guy came out, he told me that I needed to buy an 8′ extension kit and left. I measured the garage door opening and contacted the manufacturer – no extension kit actually needed, he lied to get out of the job that day and charge me a site fee to come back at a later date. This location did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, simply saying that they need to believe everything the vendor tells them.
I got a call from Home Depot the next day that «Everything is on hold» and I need to pay ~$ 65 for the guy to come out again, and ~$ 60 for installation of some emergency release cord that is required by law (hey, if it is required by law, include it in your initial estimate and charge me up front – don’t send a guy out and hit me for re-​visit and site fees on something you knew I needed already). On top of that, I’d need to buy more parts.
All in all, they offer a low up-​front cost and then send a guy out that deny the installation due to the tight margins and try to force you to pay for him to come out again for a variety of reasons that were confirmed to be false directly by the manufacturer.
I called another vendor who completed the installation without an extension kit, and the door opens fully.

This is a great Home Depot! I have been to others in the area and have left vowing to never go back. This will be my go to Home Depot from now on! The customer service was excellent. I stopped by the paint center to have a couple gallons of paint mixed. The man and woman working behind the counter were efficient and helpful! I was also helped at the customer service desk by Carmelina and Stef. Both were friendly and went above and behind to help. They even stayed past closing to complete my purchase and even got me 10% off my order! A very pleasant experience for a change.

This is a guy’s store, like BestBuy for electronics, Home Depot is for what you want to do around, inside your home. It has everything you need to work around, inside and under your house.
You can spend houra walkibg the aisle and just thinking of hiw you will use the product you are looking at.
If you don’t mind spending to have it installed or like me not knowing how, they can do that for you to save you time and for me most likely money as I will end up screwing the install.
Friendly and helpful service at this location. Plenty of parking and well organized, clean and structure. Just don’t go crazy like I do.

Had what I needed, what more can I say? Didn’t need any assistance but there was plenty of it around on a Saturday morning. One person «manned» every few aisles and someone at the door.
I just suggest everyone going earlier and that will alleviate any problems on a Saturday. Hardly anyone there at 9;30 a.m. on a Saturday

I usually only go to this Home Depot in the mornings during the week.
I never seem to have a problem when going here. Eighty percent of the time they have what I need. The staff here will only help if you ask for it, but that’s par for the course for Home Depot. For the most part; the store is pretty clean and organized.

Jeez this place sucks. It’s always mobbed, but they never seem to have things in stock and the entire experience is just grating.

I can never find anyone to help me at this location. When I do… they point and mumble. Go to Lowes or your local hardware store. Location is looking dark and dingy too.

I prefer Lowes but this place has been in my life since I was born. Its a good local stop on the highway to get some stuff, «especially if you have other errands to run on 17.» My only gripe is sometimes its hard to find stuff because things arent labeled correctly. The staff is friendly though

As a man’s man, it’s difficult to rate certain hardware stores over another. It’s also more difficult when it comes to these big name companies. I have a fondness for Lowe’s because when you visit this Home Depot you’ll understand why.
