Screamin’ Parties

Well oiled machine. This place knows how to get the kids in, have fun and get out within a 1.5 hour window. They do party after party and they do it well. They offer open play time too but you have to call and give a credit card number to reserve an open play spot. They have great blow-​up bounce houses, a 3d ride, things for little kids, a maze, virtual games, knock hockey and more. I only wish they had a wall up with a solid door between the sections used for the first half of a session and then the second half. My son, who has transitional issues kept going back to the first section and wanted to go back on those bounce play houses, it was difficult to keep him in the correct section and he ended up mingling with the next birthday party. Other than that the play spaces are clean, bounces are clean, party rooms are clean and everyone leaves with a smile on their face!

We just had our son’s 5^th birthday party here and all I can say is what a great place!!! There is a very nice variety of things for the kids to do so that there is no chance any child can be bored. The place is bright, cheery and spotless clean. Staff was very on the ball. The party room is very spacious and the pizza and platters for the parents were awesome. We brought in our own decorations and cake and all we had to do was hand it to the staff and they did a top notch job at setting up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a kids party.

We just had our daughter’s 4^th birthday party here and it was great. It couldn’t have been easier and the kids had a lot of fun. My daughter was a little bummed that the small dance floor wasn’t working but everything else seemed to be working fine and she forgot it pretty quickly. Overall it was super easy, the staff was friendly, and it was a good time for the kids.

Excellent place for open bounces or a birthday party! Everytime I go there for an open play, the sweet people behind the counter always know my kids names and greet us with a big smile. The place is always clean and they go out of their way to make sure your kids are having a blast and even try to interact with them.
I have been to bounce u numerous times for birthday parties and their employees seem miserable and barely acknowledge you when you walk in and are often times rude. I guess they aren’t treated well by their boss, who know?!
I give Screamin parties 5 GOLD STARS and applaud their management and the owners for a job very well done. I will see you guys soon :)

Bought a groupon for 4 open bounces at screamin’ parties and my 3 yo son enjoyed the one preschool bounce he went to BUT each time I have called ahead & signed him up for another they have canceled on me. The first time I didn’t get any call and showed up to be told that today’s open bounce was canceled. Try explaining to a 3 yo that it was canceled. The second time it was canceled at least I got a phone call the day ahead. Very disappointed in this place! Will NEVER recommend to anyone because of how inconsistent its services are. Really a shame because I think kids would really like this place.

I just had my son’s 6^th birthday party and the kids had a ball! The place seemed very clean and the staff was friendly!

Attempt #1
–bought 5 open bounce passes through living social or groupon (was our birthday present to our friend’s son who never had birthday so he could invite 4 of his friends)
–called in advance and was told by an employee that they had open bounce friday evening
— went there friday with the 5 kids and was told that we were misinformed, they had birthday party scheduled on that day, so we were not allowed to enter (manager offered 2 free passes that really did not help when the kids just wanted to have fun)
— had to invite 5 disappointed kids plus 2 parents to bowling and pizza (spent about $ 80 additional)
— it was the most embarrassing moment of my life to run in with the excited kids and some parents and was not allowed to enter
Attempt #2
— called 2 days ahead and was told by an employee again that there was open bounce on friday
— was more careful this time and called on friday again to confirm
— was told that there was a birthday scheduled so there was not any open bounce
— at least this time i saved myself the embarrassment in front of the kids and their parents (was careful enough not to announce that we would go there)
— we did not drive there, kept the 5 kids at our house for play date
Attempt and finally success #3
— called twice and finally we could attend the open bounce (kids had fun).
was really upset at the place. worst business practices. employees had no idea when open bounce was held. manager was not sympathetic at all, did not try to find any solution when we were standing there with 5 disappointed kids. horrible experience.
