Lashful

I have been to many different locations to get my eyelashes done! I am so happy to have finally found Lashful! This is the first place that I have been to that not only cares about the look of your extensions but the health of your own eyelashes as well! The owner Tina is amazing and actually listens to what her clients want. I do like to have my lashes look very thick and dramatic. The places I have gone to previously were clumping my lashes together which was causing my real lashes to fall out. Tina took the time every two weeks to make sure my real lashes would have room to grow back in. I can continue to get my lashes done, with the look I want now because she applies them the correct way! Her staff is very friendly and just as knowledgeable! This is the only place I now go to because they actually care!, I live in cedar grove and drive to Paramus every two weeks because I know I will leave happy. You have to be very particular with getting your lashes done as well as have it done with a highly qualified professional! Tina and her staff are both! I am so happy to have found this place and highly recommend it.

I went there to get a full set and while they came out beautiful half of them fell off in less than a week. The ones that didnt fall out were because she glued a chunk of lashes to each eye in order to save time, and it will eventually take out that chunk of my eyelashes with it. Also the women who preformed the service did not speak english, my consultation was done by the receptionist and then she told the women preforming my service what to do.

Worst ever. I have been having extensions for a while in NY and I wanted to try something local. I went a 10 days ago. While I was having them done, my eyes were burning. I told the technician and she said I needed to close tighter my eyes! That day my eyes were very red. That same night I started to loose the eyelashes. A bunch of them. I finished at the ER with a pretty bad scar on my cornea. The funniest part was the message from gIgi at Lashful, «the eyelashes don’t fall in the cornea»!!!
Obviously I must have put them myself. It took only three days to loose all of them, was loosing many together and my eyes were a mess. They didn’t offer any excuse, explanation or I am sorry, the message was just I will cancel your next appointment. Unreal.

Got my lash extensions done for the first time and got a great deal on groupon. Everyone their is so sweet and professional, they answered all my questions except for the lady doing my lashes who did not speak English. The whole process took a little less than 2 hours. They came out beautifully. After 2 weeks, I’d say 50% fell off. Came back for a touch up and again it’s beUtifully done. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’m debating if I should get a retouch. I just can’t justify with their prices lol me personally I feel it’s overpriced. I just can’t seem to bring myself to spend $ 70+ every 2 weeks. Yes they look lovely but it’s temporary for a short time. Would I get it again? Yes but maybe for special occasions or if I feel like pampering myself. But in all it was a great experience.

Service and results would get 5 stars… The only reason I hesitate is that they hit me up for a $ 7.00 tax charge, that I wasn’t aware of and when I was ready to leave and asked me to leave a $ 50 tip.

The lashes are gorgeous and you do get endless compliments. I have now been getting them for at least 7 months it is costly but you fall in love. So now my big issue they are snipping my actual lashes. So instead of taking the time to remove the glue and reapply brand new lashes they’re cutting the lash off and reapplying the same lash. Becoming very disappointed. I realized this a few weeks ago and asked a friend of mine who gets hers done there by the same woman she said that she started to see the same thing and when her lashes would come out she would see three or four of them all grouped together. I don’t want to have non-​existent lashes when these lashes are out and then it takes several months to a year for my own lashes to come back… hopefully that is. So now I’m going to invest in some Latisse and try another place.

Adding on to this review because it was only a week and 90% of the lashes fell off. I had to spend an extra 70 dollars at another lash place and fix it! Stay Farr away from this «lashful».

I was running late today and called today to apologize and tell the receptionist. I am rarely late and take responsibility for arriving 15 minutes after my appointment and fully accept that my one hour appointment would now be 45 minutes — otherwise it would not be fair to the other clients. I have been going to Lashful faithfully every two weeks for over two years. I spend $ 80 for each fill in and tip Mary another $ 20. I am spending a significant amount of money for this service. This afternoon, as I walked in the door the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone began to chide me for being late. She was nasty and rude. If she hadn’t been so mean I would have paid for that appointment and rescheduled for another day. But instead she made me feel uncomfortable so for the first time in my life I walked out of an appointment. I just don’t feel that I deserved to be treated like a child. I’d like to note that the one receptionist is sweet and kind but this one is not. She had been rude to me before. I came back to my office and made an appointment at De Beaute. I just can’t justify spending all that money and have someone be mean. I wish the best for Mary and the kind girl.

Today was my first time going to Lashful. My grandma had gotten her eyelash extensions here and they looked beautiful. She had a great experience. I went to get my eyebrow tattooed, since they were so thin and I was tired of filling them in everyday. It was recommended from my co-​worker to go to Lashful. Hers looked amazing! The woman that books my appointment was so helpful and pleasant on the phone. They even called me to see if I wanted to come a day earlier, because of a cancellation. The place is so welcoming and relaxing. Tina was great. She really cares and works with what you want. She is also very knowledgeable. It didn’t hurt that much. only in certain spots: an irritating feeling. I love them! I will go back in a month for a touch up. Wonderful place. Would definitely recommend it to friends!

I am a believer in the power of eyelash extensions! I have been a mascara junkie all my life, popping on falsies for special occasions to give my eyes that extra pop. Being blonde, I’ve always relied on mascara to add a dramatic look & make my eyes pop. Well, I don’t think I will ever go back to mascara now that I’ve been getting my eyelash extensions by CK for the past 3 months! I have never been disappointed. They take their time to make sure your eyes look their best and also make sure you are comfortable during the process! Highly recommend, I drive about 30 minutes one way every time I get a touchup because I’m so happy with their work.

I just moved to NJ from NYC and had been nervous about going to a new lash place. Especially because you really don’t know what you’re going to get. I went to Lashful for the first time with half of a set of HORRIBLE set of lash extensions done by an amateur. I asked for them to be removed and have a full set applied. Not only were they understanding but they were so NICE.
Maral, The lash technician, removed what she needed to and applied what ended up being the most beautiful set of lashes I’ve ever had applied… Ever. P. S. I do makeup for a living! We had some nice conversation throughout our appointment which is also a first for me.
Lashful’s customer service is incredible and not one person from their staff has been anything other than genuinely nice. I will most certainly remain a client at Lashful.

I gotta be honest, I was a little skeptical about this place because of the mixed reviews. However, after my friend convinced me to give it a try, I was not disappointed! I’ve never had fake eyelashes done before and I was pretty nervous! The process was long, which was expected, but then again why would I want a rushed service? They took their time to make sure each lash was done properly and perfectly! I can’t believe I never got them before and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I don’t have to worry about curling my lashes in the morning and putting on mascara. It’s like instant makeup when you wake up! GREAT product and GREAT service and super nice staff! Definitely will be back again!

Bought a groupon for a facial because I like to try new places. Very disappointed in Lashful. The worst part was she took me 15 minutes late then left my mask on and left the room for 20 – 25. I did not get my hour at all. She hardly extracted anything! The room was way too bright and the technition wore loud heels, which really interrupted my relaxation. I wouldn’t go here again for free.

I’d rate them a 2.5. As for the lashes, they are gorgeous, be prepared to sit for almost 2 hrs to get them put on. Personally I’d rather them take their time then rush. Mine last around 2 wks and then need a touch up. Although i have had my lashes done a few times by them, i will say they are WAYYYYY over priced and should def think about adjusting them.
However due to last very disappointing experience i had with them, i wont be returning. My allergies were really bad this yr and i had to take my lashes off after 3 wks. My eyes were itching like crazy and i hated seeing my lashes fall off. So i went to to lashful and she removed them. Afterwards, she wanted to charge me $ 50!!! for 10 mins of removing the damn things! i almost had a heart attack. After arguing with her, she dropped the price to $ 35. wow what a huge break! (sarcasm) They are extremely overpriced, rude and they will not be getting my services again.

I just went to the lashful spa for a Swedish massage through a groupon. I think they just rented «masseuses» because they had no idea what they were doing. The room smelled, the décor wasn’t great, and they had my husband and I in separate rooms even after I confirmed a couples massage 2 days before. The lady was waiting in the room and I told her I needed privacy to change. Seriously? I am a good tipper but after that experience I decided not to and didn’t feel bad about it. Please get your money back if you can. You have been warned!

I went there through groupon, to get a facial massage was good ,
but she didn’t clean out my pores had to have it done by someone else. Would never go there again waste of money.

Love them. I’ve been coming here almost for a year now to get my eyelashes done every two weeks — and they have yet to disappoint.

Beautiful lashes in less than 2 hours! They do a great job framing your eyes properly. Only thing is they are very expensive unless you can find some sort of deal. I’ve been going for about a year — and they used to last a lot longer than they do now. Not sure if they changed the glue or the lashes.

Lashful does a great job on the lashes. I was always completely satisfied with the look. However, they don’t last longer than a week which is very disappointing considering the price $$$$ you pay. I actually returned within 5 days to show them the significant change… still they refuse to accept accountability. If the lashes were to last a decent amount of time and the prices slightly more reasonable, then I would definitely return.

First off, I’d like to say that I have been using eyelash extensions for over 5 years and have to admit that I am addicted. To never have to wake up with mascara under my eyes is so worth it! When I started with extensions, the place I went to (which is no longer in business) charged me by the lash! and it was way more expensive. I did lots of research and finally found Tina. I have never looked anywhere else. I find her prices to be very fair, her service is awesome as is her staff.
Very often I am away scuba diving for nearly a month, and am happy to say, that my lashes still look great. Not to say that I haven’t lost some. .. but it beats having to use mascara or worse. .. going without.
While the initial application took a little longer, the touch ups (anywhere from 2 ½ — 3 weeks apart, sometimes longer if I’m traveling) rarely take more than an hour.
Obviously with extensions, you can’t rub your eyes or use any kind of make-​up remover – which will weaken the glue that holds the extensions – and I try to keep them dry for the first 24 hours after the touch up – and as I say, I absolutely love them, and couldn’t imagine going without.
As a scuba diver, and certainly when I travel to go diving, I am underwater a lot!!! and am so please at how well they last. In addition to scuba diving, I also paddleboard, do trapeze, play tennis, ski, rock climb, etc, so I would say I have a pretty active lifestyle. .. activities that are far from glamourous – but my extensions make me feel a bit more presentable despite that.
Lashful’s locations is convenient, clean, bright and very comfortable. Tina and her staff are great and do an outstanding job! So much so that I’ve even sprung for Permanent eyebrows. I trust Tina and her knowledge of her art.
