I cringe every time I see the prices on my smoothie, but I do it anyway because I. am. addicted.
This Jamba Juice location has pretty decent customer service especially when considering all the traffic they get. Never had a bad experience with their staff. Easy rewards points redemption and this location participates in all the JJ promos/​coupons.
I usually never waver from my selection and I have to say this JJ is consistent in how they make their smoothies. I’ve only had one bad bananaberry from here and this is out of (probably) hundreds of smoothies I’ve ordered from here.
Oh, Jamba Juice, you may end up emptying my wallet, but I’ll keep coming back, as long as the experience continues to be flawless and your drinks oh-​so-​delicious.

This Jamba Juice has top notch customer service. We had a groupon coupon to get a yogurt bowl but somehow the register did not accept it. Despite of that, the manager still made us a yogurt bowl and honored our groupon offers. They also did it really quick even though they were really busy with other customers .They have an awesome team there. I would def come back to this location again !

I came for the free juice today, 8⁄6 from 9−11am. Saw the promotion online. There were two varieties available tropical kickstart and tropical revitalizer. I chose the tropical kickstart. Its a mix of orange and mango juice. It tasted much like orange juice with a hint of mango. Its was decent.
There wasn’t much of a line when I got there and the service was fast. No seating available here, but there is a food court downstairs not too far away.

I love Jamba juice. Being vegetarian and trying to get food to eat in Garden State plaza mall leaves you with options such as: Hash browns in Dunkin’ donuts or subs at Subway. Boring! And if you want to catch a movie in AMC, they force you to have food in the concession stand which has no food below 8000 calories and/​or cooked in tons of oil/​fat. Jamba juice comes to the rescue. I normally buy the medium size smoothie and sneak it in to the theater (yeah right, no outside food). It lasts me at least half way into a 2 hour movie.
I like most of their juices/​shakes but I have a special liking for their Strawberry Swirl and Mega Mango. Yum! It is healthy and light on the stomach though slightly expensive.

The Garden State Plaza location has the worst service of all JJ’s. 2 people were working the blenders. «My» guy took a call in the backroom while a girl was setting up her orders. She ignored my finished drink while he took his sweet time finishing up his calls while she turned her back to work on more blenders. Uh, both of you: do you know how to manage? Ever hear of multitasking? Time to hire a fresh staff that’s been properly trained
