First class servicing !! I made a purchase of the diamond peel and day moisturizer for my wife. I was blown away of the level knowledge my skin consultant presented. We are looking forward for our complimentary facial. If your looking to invest in you skin and enjoy a great product this is the place.

Beautiful and high end luxury cosmetics store. I walked by the store and received a free sample. After trying a couple of the products and in depth professional explanation by Abe. I ended up buying the diamond infused eye serum & eye cream, diamond infused peel & moisture complex all for $ 1,180. Not cheap but I figured that If I going to invest in my skin, I might as well start with top of the line products, that I have tried out on my skin. I’m very pleased with my results after two weeks. I would like to compliment Abe for his assistance and courtesy. Looking forward for my complimentary facial treatment !

Customer service is good, very determined sales associates will make deals to make a sale. I’m not sure the product is worth the price but it’s nice that they have a spa room in the store.

This is a new business in Garden State Plaza. Very nicely done space, sales staff in doorway offering free samples of their«diamond» skin care product. Once you accept the sample, you’re quickly ushered inside the salon where the hard sell begins. It’s hypoallergenic, it’s free of chemicals, it’s this, it’s that, vitamin x y and z infused, made in the USA and no unicorns were harmed in it’s manufacture. The sales person goes on to persuade that you need this. The whole kit and caboodle… The day cream(200.00).The night cream(200.00).The peel(295.00).Some other skin rejuvenation set for 4900.00…An eye lift serum set for ONLY800.00. So, what items will you take today? Seriously? Sleazebag pls. After this 10 minute presentation and slathering of the goop on my hand, I say«Nothing». He asks«Why?». I respond I that the price point is way out of my budget. Oh but, he’s a pal, trying to do the right thing(seeing as we’re such good friends and all). And decides to whip out his personal silver VIP card allowing him to offer me the peel at a deep discount of 65.00… You know, I may have given this crap a whirl if it was 65 bucks in the first place and not this song and dance, but now I don’t want to do anything but leave. So I say thanks but no thanks, and he offers me 2 small samples of the day and night creams(yeah, that’s ones valued at 200.00 each…) So what does he do? He puts them in a rather large bag along with the 295.00 peel, and brings the bag to me. I tell him I am not purchasing anything from him, and he takes the peel back and says«Oh, I misunderstood». He tried not to give me the samples, but I took them anyway… Once I got home, I looked the company up. They have an «F» rating with the Better Business Bureau. Just for the record,“F’ doesn’t stand for«Fantastic». I’ve been to used car sales lots that used less aggressive sales tactics. I strongly suggest to continue walking by, do not take that sample, do not make eye contact, so not even look in the general direction of this trap. For less than the cost of one of their regimen sets, you can get an entire facelift, lipo, new boobs and your own pet unicorn. Buyer Beware!
