Attempting to contact a doctor is basically impossible. Their ‘front desk’ is comprised of total incompetents.

Been coming here for about 2 years. Some of The girls at check in and out always looks grumpy or with bad attitudes. The girls who bring you in which are the Medical assistant are very friendly and make u feel welcomed and always have a way of making you feel comfortable. Dr. kavaler and Dr. Anshelevich are awesome and caring doctors. Some doctors I noticed are very unprofessional and scream at their staff in front of patients. OVery rude and unessesary in front of patients. Overall is an ok office. Still thinking if I will be switching doctors office or not.

I have been going to Dr. Kushner for almost 20 years. I have moved out of the area and haven’t found anyone, provider or staff, that cares as much for their patients like this group does, or has the knowledge to make me confident in my Dr. I travel over an hour just to keep him as my primary. Their phone system is horrible but that’s the only thing I would change.

The doctors at Forest health Care are good but the administrator and customer service are terrible. The people of the phone are often quite rude. Also I an currently getting sued by the pathology lab they use, as they sent my tests out of network with out informing me. This left me liable for hundred of dollars of totally unnecessary fees. They have been totlly unhelpful in getting the problem resolved!

Great Doctors
Horrific telephone system making it very difficult to reach them. For a company that claims to be interested in their patients one would think they would have a system that reflects this.
Healthcare is more than just the doctors, its also about administration and customer service. With the difficult landscape we all need to negotiate — everyone needs the office staff to be helpful and compassionate. Forest misses the mark in a big way on that regard.

They have been very good to us; always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort as well as make sure we are in tip-​top shape. In the occasions of a health blip, the doctors of this practice have done an exemplary job in keeping us informed and tending to our every need. The men and women who make up Forest Health Care keep your health at the core of their practice and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
