This DD location is, if nothing else, consistent. Consistently awful. The staff hardly smiles, and my drinks are never full. The service is slower than I’ve experienced at other DD locations. If it weren’t on my way to work, I’d save myself the headache. This morning I was handed a cup that was only about 60% full with liquid pouring over the sides. I can understand that mornings are a busy time, but if I’m paying over two dollars for a cup, I expect to drink it and not have it all over my cup. Two stars for the convenient location.

I’ve had it with the rude staff at this DD, they make you feel like you’re interrupting their day. Plus every time I get coffee the cup is always covered in sugar, wtf! Either learn how to pour sugar properly or wipe the cup before giving it to customers. A little service goes a long way. This place won’t be getting my money anymore.

I’ve been here a bunch of times over the last few months and by mid-day, they seem to run out of doughnuts and bagels. It’s always a disappointment, but at least the coffee is good.

Came here on a busy weekday morning and still got my coffee and donuts within a few minutes. Lots of parking available at the back of the store. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.

I took my two sons to this Dunkin donuts today. I ordered $ 4 worth of food/beverage for one son, and my other son said he was thirsty. I asked for a cup of tap water and was told they can’t serve it since the filter in their store isn’t working! We live in Paramus, NJ — I drink the plain tap water without a filer all the time. They just wanted me to have to purchase a bottle of water from them. This is a terrible store policy, and I will not go back to this store. They also never smile when you go to this store, etc. — which probably says something about how the employees are treated and feel about their jobs. A store owner who is stingy enough to not allow staff to serve free tap water to paying customers would probably set an awful tone in their restaurant.

This by far was the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to! The server refused to accommodate my request for iced coffee in a hot cup– something I have had many times before at other locations. Not only did he refuse, he yelled at me in front of a store full of people. Unbelievable! This was rude and completely unnecessary. I will never return! Shame on Dunkin donuts for allowing an employee to behave this way!

Been to dozens of DD in many states and all around Bergen. Without doubt this was worst ever, low selection, poor quality and bad attitude to boot. Any other location is better one on rt 17 was great.

I was not impressed by this location at all. Most every DD’s advertises free WiFi and the WiFi here was good, but guess what. there’s NOWHERE to sit down! Pretty much defeats the purpose of free internet access, doesn’t it. I know that this is New Jersey, USA and everyone lives in their cars, but come on! Clearly this location is just a place to park your car, get your cup of Joe and go. Also, the employees here are a bit slow. not the brightest bulbs in the box by any means.

Here’s an ordinary chain spot, ideal for popping in and out for a quick cup o’ joe. I’ve not taken advantage of the Baskin Robbins since donuts suit me just fine, but it’s a nice option to have on a mostly residential main road. Nonetheless, beware of the Forest Avenue traffic. NJ drivers, please note, the unsafe action of ignoring the«Left Turn Prohibited Sign» when driving SOUTH on Forest bothers EVERYONE! Particularly drivers approaching you from behind in the left lane, as well as those driving NORTH, who may need to yield to you, or slow down, when they already have the legal right of way. We all need our coffee, I get it. So, did you know you can make a safe & legal left at the traffic light on Midland, just a few feet ahead? Then, you just enter the parking on the left from there. You can get back to Forest the same way too. Thanks so much.
