Probably should have checked out the lousy reviews for this place before we even bothered thinking of getting coffee here. Very disappointing to see the bad attitude when we tried to redeem a coffee coupon here that was widely accepted in every other Dunkin’ Donuts that we used the same coupon at. Needless to say, after they flatly rejected our attempts to use it without even listening to the customer. it wasn’t difficult to say peace out. Long story short — here’s a bit of advice for this particular franchise operator. If you want to actually build goodwill with customers, it might be helpful if you actually listen to what they are trying to say about a particular promotion/coupon that is issued by the company to customers. #fail #getcoffeesomewhereelse

For months the employees continue to say that the scanner will not work, well if it does not work, then you need to fix it. How many months does it take to fix the scanner?

Just walked out of this dunkin donuts at 10:30 pm December 19th, 2015. The employee was an older South Asian man who kept telling me his scanner is broken and he could not take my free drink coupon. I told him I could read him the numbers to put the coupon in since I have done it at other DD. He refused to even try saying inputing the numbers won’t work. But in order to pay he was able to type in my app card number. To top it all off, we watched one of the female employees cleaning the latte machine with her finger nails!!! She was literally scrapping it with her bare nails. I’m sure that is breaking multiple health code laws.

The guy just handled my order without using gloves! He was just holding pastry with some paper, obviously because he was lazy!

Attention store managers/assistant managers! There is a Dunkin Donuts in the food court. Treat your employees/team members to an unhealthy breakfast this morning! Closed on Sunday…

OK for those of you that don’t crave the taste of D&D coffee, you can continue with your coma like state. For the rest of us, it’s not about the coffee– we know what that tastes like– it’s the service. This particular dunkin has changed management and crews several times over the past few years. It seems to me now that they are doing an adequate job in providing good quality service with a friendly staff. It’s located on the first floor just under the escalators by the movie theatre wing. You’ll do well to try this one out.
