If you are looking for a company to nickel and dim you, over charge and brake your equipments even more, Coldstat is the company for you. They will Charge you to tell you it’s broken!!! then try to fix, but acually break it even more while charge for all of it again and again. Poor customer service, lake of respect for your time equipment or business. questionable practices and charges. Stay clear.

I have used Coldstat many, many times over the past 10 years and I have to say that I always find the techs to be prompt, professional and courteous. Note: I am not getting paid for this review, but my experience has been very different than the two previous reviews. (Sometimes competitors tank each other… shocker!) While I might agree that the office seems a little overloaded, the guys who are actually doing the work are dead-​on professionals who have repaired everything from small ice machines to very large walk-​in freezers for me. While I’m not a licensed tech, I know enough about the business to know that these techs never upsell the job, and honesty is very important to me. I give them a huge thumbs up!

The worst customer service !! Will never get back to you and keep giving the run around. Don’t bother speaking to Vicky or anybody else they are Rude & Unfriendly. The worst experience from a commercial business ever. Hope BBB (The better Business Bureau) takes a look into their establishment after our formal complaint and takes some immediate corrective action. I wish there was a option of NO stars *

Customer service? Please. Its like pulling teeth to get a call back or have some one follow up. I spoke with the Owner, and I have nothing nice to say about him either.
So, Listen up Coldstate your not only gig in town, and if your every wondering why their such a high employee turn over look… around.
