CityMD – Paramus

Dr. Nguyen was simply fantastic — thorough and professional. In fact the whole experience, given that I was so ill, was easy and efficient. And the place is spotless. Recommend highly.

After having a non-​stop cough for about 2 months… I finally caved and went to the doctors. Sadly my PCP is in New York city so I came here instead.
The staff are all very friendly. The place is clean. You can just walk in and they will treat you, no appointments needed.
They took my insurance as well.

I will not go back. Called earlier in the day. needed a finger Xray. Told me no wait, as advertised… not so. Very nice office, great front desk staff and those that took my vitals and history were true professionals and could not be better… but it won’t last if they depend on people with good insurance and go there to avoid the wait of an er. The person who took my history came in after about ½ hour and apologized for the wait and offered me a bottle of water. I offered to leave but he was so nice I waited… and waited. After an hour of sitting he came in again and urged me to wait… that he was just going to ask the dr to approve the Xray so we could get things started… so I waited… and a few minutes later… all the lights went out… and didn’t come back on… no backup generator… so as I moved to the hall, I saw the dr. Go in to treat someone who checked in after me! Was I upset? That’s an understatement! And I told them so. The person taking care of me apologized and said he would be sure I was not billed for anything… the staff was super apologetic. offered for me to come back… but no way! I’m just glad I wasn’t having a heart attack. Shame on all of you… at least At the Hackensack ER you expect bad service. Go to your primary DO NOT GO TO CITY MD… follow up… next morning went to Med Express on ESSEX St. In and out in ½ hour including x-​ray and results… great staff. excellent Doctor.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received! Staff was great Dr Gomez was great very thorough and friendly. It was a great experience from beginning to end!
