I’ve worked with Phil Schertz the current owner of Augustensen Mortgages who obtained a great deal for my son’s refinancing. Phil basically cut 5 years off the loan at no change in the monthly payment. It may not seem like a big deal now but there will be a period of 5 years in the future where my son will not be paying a mortgage. That’s really big! Thanks, Phil.
