Let me start by saying that I am obsessed with this line of cosmetics. I rarely buy a piece that does not belong to this company because it is so easy to use, feels completely natural, and looks so freaking fantastic. Three rules: swirl, tap, buff… that’s all you need to know… using those steps, their foundation will even your skin tones and with the use of their overtop veil will look like your face was kissed by an angel.
Product review aside, I love this store. The girls do not need to sell me on anything because I love the product, but the ladies here are so friendly and willing to help you find everything you want/​need without being pushy. The store is so small, but in it contains all things bare escentuals that you’ll find on the website with testers to boot so that you know exactly what you’re buying instead of guessing it’s true color online. The last time I visited this location, I told the girl that I was looking for a blush that wouldn’t be too bright, but still with a pop of pink for the summer and without hesitation she offered up what is now my favorite piece of makeup for the summer.
As I was paying for my purchase the sales associate asked if I had my business card on me and told me to drop it in their fishbowl for a chance to win a «girls party», even after telling her that I did not live in the area anymore she convinced me to do it and two days later a call came in that I had won. I’m not exactly sure what this «girl party» entails, but I can tell you that I’m excited to find out when I’m home next month for my girlfriends wedding.
