AutoEastern Nissan of Paramus

BEWARE!!! Just like Meadowlands Nissan Buyer Beware! The staff at Meadowlands Nissan and Auto Eastern Nissan of Paramus are rude, disorganized and dishonest. I spent 3 hours, yes 3 hours ready to close the deal on a car. Then he tells me he no longer has the car and tries to put me into another car for double the price! waste of time!

They are most careless people i ever worked with. I bought Nissan ROgue 2015 in November and it is more than 3 months i did not get my registration and plates. they simply did not do the documentation and just pushed to sell the car. after you go out the location they dont care about you! I called them million times and none helped me. Today I called them and Santiago told me that I wrote a bad review on Unilocal and that is why «I burnt the bridges» ! So he would have helped me if i did not write this review. However I wrote my review two weeks after he told me I will receive plates in 5 days! And called him, chatted online, left voice messages! but nobody cares. I don’t have any personal issues with Santiago or Jack or anyone at this place. I just tell that this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I owned car in many European countries, in DUbai and also in USA but this attitude is a unique unprofessionality behavior!

Great location and even greater service. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for in terms of make and model, but had no idea on the terms of my current financing and how to make the transition to a new vehicle. Everyone was very helpful. Especially James – taller gentleman, very knowledgable and courteous. Will definitely refer all of my friends to James of Auto Eastern Nissan!
