Scam!!! Dont bother if you’re contacted by Jessica Ramos. Worst service ever. I wasted my time and energy to go all the way there and leave my job early only to have a 5 minute meeting with her. She barely knew anything about the position I was applying for. I never heard from her afterwards and when I reached out she ignored né for 2 weeks until letting me know the position was filled. Total waste of my time. At the end of the meeting she kept promising that she has so many other jobs that id be a great candidate for but obviously she was lying. AVOID THIS AGENCY.

I experienced the same thing as the first respondent. I USED to work for them doing assignments in 2009 and 2010, and they were always good at staying in touch, returning emails, potential job leads, returning phone calls etc. When I was out of work again in 2012, for some reason then, it was all down hill! Never a call returned, emails went unanswered, and yes, I too always had my calls screened for the same reason. they didn’t want to speak to you basically! At one time, I would have recommended them, but they have fallen WAY out of favor with me with their recent behavior! I agree, the job market is tough, but professionalism should still be maintained.

HUGE dissapointment. I know the job market stinks, but there’s no excuse for their lack of professionalism. No matter when you call, your contact person is busy. The receptionsist screens EVERY call (who is calling, what is this in reference to) then passes that on to your rep who then dodges your call. Absolutely ridiculous.
Phone mail messages as well as emails are not returned– yet when they want to reach you they can’t wait five minutes.
I wouldn’t mind the unprofessionalism if I felt they serviced me well and got me serious, qualifed interviews. They don’t.
Sorry I cannot recommend this place!
