I currently do not have a horse(he had to be euthanized) but I have owned horses for over 45 years, I have been in many barns: both show barns and backyard stables and from I have seen walking around Tanzanite and talking to boarders both on and off the property it appears to be well maintained, safe and more importantly horse friendly. I saw that the majority of horses were fit, shiny and content. I will say that I do know Francis outside a business arrangement, so I may be somewhat biased, but I know the care she takes of her own horses and those she has taken care of for others through the years. In my unbiased opinion it is, compared to other stables in the area, the best maintained and the place I would choose to board if(okay when) I get another horse — you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Clean facility with very safe fencing. Huge potential and Francis does a good job keeping the place running and horses happy.

Watch out. Owner in need of medication or therapy, complete lack of professionalism or common courtesy. Horses are severely underfed, and owners are threatened with being kicked out if they are heard discussing their horses’ weights. Complaints for valid issues such as stalls not being cleaned or horses not being fed results not in the stalls being cleaned or in horses being fed, but with threats to be kicked out. This stable is not worth the headache.
