THE BEST !!! Delicious burgers, fries and anything they sell definitely recommend if you want fire food !!

Came with my boyfriend last week for lunch. The big dark girl who stood outside in the parking lot to take our order was rude and seemed annoyed for some odd reason. I guess she forgot she was at work and was getting paid to do her simple job. After my boyfriend explained our simple order to her multiple times, she still manages to get it wrong. And oddly enough, the ugly old lady at the front window where you pay gave us weird looks and a nasty smirk. Later we get home and look to see our bacon cheeseburgers were covered in onions we had asked the fat girl to exclude. I didnt expect to get so much attitude from a mediocre, and that’s me being exceptionally nice, hamburger stand. Im never coming here again and I’m telling my friends not to either.

I give this Tam’s Burgers 3 stars for the following reasons:
1. The place is filthy. There is no need to deny it. Also, the bathroom is completely unusable because of its repulsive stench, and because it’s unsanitary.
2. The workers here can be rude. One time, they gave me the wrong drink, and I asked kindly if they could change it. The person who took my drink was completely rude; she gave me a dirty look that was not necessary at all.
3. They seem to often get my orders wrong. It’s almost a routine now.
4. Aside from the place being untidy, and having rude workers, the food can be delicious. This is the sole reason why Tam’s will receive 3 stars from me.

The customer service was on point, and I got my food quickly. I ordered the Chilli Cheese Fries, best I have ever had. Recommend to everyone, I will be coming back for sure.

Everything is GREAT… Breakfast burritos, chilli cheese fries, steak & eggs, RANCH DRESSING, burgers, sandwiches, etc… Etc… ETC… Hate that there nope open pass 1am but still GREAT GOOD!

Really disappointed on the onion rings, my onion rings were hard and greasy they even taste different, I believe they change their batter

Came on a Sunday night. Place was super packed. Only one person taking orders at the register. Had large chilli cheese fries, western bacon cheeseburger and my wife had a bacon avocado cheeseburger. And side of pickles and ranch Overall good was ok. I’ve always gone to the tams in Lynwood so this was about the same but could of been because it was so packed but cheese wasn’t melted at all on the fries until we let them sit a whole same with the burger cheese not melted. I’ve had better burgers and better chili cheese fries but you kinda know what to expect at a tams

Chicken salad, is my favorite! Enough for dinner and lunch the next day! Fast service!

Service is good and quick but food is okay. I don’t know why every dish has to be spicy. I had a pastrami sandwich which was covered with black pepper. The fries were good but I had to rub off most of the salt, I prefer to add the salt to my taste. My colleague had chicken salad which was a huge salad but the chicken was spicy. I can add spice if I want to but don’t spice it all up.
Parking could be a challenge in this location with Giyo’s Tacos next door. Drive thru is another issue but it may not be a problem because I probably won’t go back after my first experience.

This is the closest tams to me so I come here when I’m desperate. The food is usually thrown together quickly, the service is mediocre. I’ll give them an extra star for the drive thru Bing faster than the one in Lynwood, but that’s about all. They should improve the quality and quantity.

5 stars based on speed of food delivery and taste. Always consistent and on point. I drive from LB to this location even though there is one a quarter mile from my home. This is the best tams location in my opinion. Try it!

This is the go to fast food spot.
I hate the inconvenience of the drive-​thru, but it is what it is. You can only enter from the right southbound lane.
Regardless, once you get there, there’s a line. I always want to see what the specials are on the windows, but after waiting at least 4 cars deep, I usually order one of a handful of things: french fries, onion rings, zuccini sticks, grilled cheese, quesadilla… all good. All reasonably priced.
I’ve only been inside once, and it was clean. But the parking is horrible – worse than the drive-​thru.

First I could give this burger joint a zero, I would. Everyone raves on how good this Tam’s Burger Spot is, I been to the others Tams Locations the ones, in Long Beach and Compton, but this spot is the nastiest, We order Burgers, let me tell you, if you wanna pay for a burger that the burger patty is burnt, go ahead, the lettuce is not even fresh, it was yellow, which mean is old, Ended up throwing away my burger, just for your FYI, this location they charge you a dollar fee to use your debit card on their POS system, Wont be coming back to this location, go to the other tams in long beach on Atlantic ave, better Tams!

You want to charge me atm fee to buy from you… not right your a busy Bussiness already so why charge me a fee? Not cool

This will be the realist review you will ever read!!! This place is nasty BUT it’s super BOMB when your DRUNK.

So… it’s been a couple months since we ate here. Nevertheless, important factors need to be addressed. Firstly, my family, friends Co-​workers, everyone in the south bay area considers this spot to be the best effin Tams ever; especially since it’s been around for decades. Due to that fact, I’m a little sad to have to write about my latest and last experience there :(
So the place is busy as always when we walk in. We were starving so we ordered a grip of food. seriously alot even though we already know the portions served are hugemungous! One good thing is that they expanded the place and it created more sitting areas. I’ll give a star for that.
We ordered a carnesada burrito meal, double cheeseburger meal and a large Carne Asad chili cheese fries and two large horchatas. The order didn’t take long to come out and when it did we tore it apart on site… but…three bites into our chili fries we found hair… uhhhhhh ahhhh nooooo!!! — is exactly what came out of our mouths, followed by the few remaining chopped up pieces that was on its way to be digested… it’s just so flippin gross thinking back on it.
That just ruined our whole meal… we ended up throwing the rest of our food away because we couldn’t get over that fact that there might be more hair in the burrito or the cheeseburger.
What’s worse is that when we kindly advised the manager about the hair all he did was apologize and offer us free chili cheese fries on our next trip… like seriously, whose gunna want to come back and order the exact same thing.
Anyways, until I can get over the traumatizing hair incident I won’t be coming back… but feel free to try out all their dishes… besides the hair everything tastes bomb dot com!

This is the worst Tams I have been to. I’ve been to many different tams, this is a disgrace to the tams franchise ! The workers here have no respect for the customer. If I was able to give negative stars I would definitely do it. Don’t come here to this tams, that is my advice. There is another tams around 3min away from this one. They have way better service, check it out for yourselves.

I was feeling hungry and it was 2:30AM so I decided to search up 24 hour place to see what was out there.
Tam’s happened to be there and it looked like a good choice.
I arrive and it looks like an average 24hr/​mexican joint and I am use to these places. I place my order, cashier gives me attitude when I ask for no beans and extra rice instead.
They call my number, I go get the burrito, it looks huge and I’m excited. I come home and literally the bag is covered in disgusting grease, I opened up the burrito and burrito wasn’t even rolled properly so all the meat juices/​sauces leaked out into the bag and onto my car. I open up the burrito and there is a ton of meat and a thin layer of rice and guess what? Yeah beans…
I don’t understand how you can get a burrito this wrong.

Great food WOW. My boyfriend has been telling me about Tam’s for a while and how good it was but I didn’t believe it. I was proved wrong. The $ 1 burger was so delicious and HUGE. We ordered 2 of those and a large fry and the total was less than $ 6. That’s crazy, most places charge way more and you get way less. The portion sizes were really big so I was filled up and satisfied. I’ll definitely come back. 4 out of 5 stars because the drive thru line was super long and out into the street. Dangerous!

Ugh. Bad bad customer service. Atrocious customer service.

They make fun of customers who stay there but. The food is good. They’re not polite and even if they do work at a shitty fast food job they shouldn’t treat their customers like shit too.
Good food, bad service. Going to another Tams next time though! Now I know why its so empty. Sheesh.
