completely wasted my time had me fill out all kinds of questions online only to be told that their computer based software wasn’t allowing my application to process and that I wasn’t eligible to work for them, that they couldn’t tell me why because the info was confidential! I told them that I had every right to know why I wasn’t eligible for hire but they wouldn’t answer my questions instead I was given a paper with five other agencies that MIGHT hire me, they tossed me aside like a piece of trash. I crumbled the sheet into a ball and walked away. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. I can’t believe these leeches are still in business.

I ultimately love this place. Leticia has done so much in assisting with my job search. She is the GURU in helping me with employment. Through my job search she has remained persistent in placing me at a company that I love. The pay rate is also amazing. I am totally satisfied. If anyone is in the job search for a logistics clerk position I encourage you to see her directly.

Select staffing has the best employees!!! I came in looking for work and within days I had one. They are very organized and their office is clean! They are extremely professionals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Leticia Castillo helped me and she was on top of her game, if anyone goes to this office in Paramount ask for her. She will get you work fast!

You couldn’t even call me back for the original job I applied for and you couldn’t even call me back after I left you 6 messages at this location & when you were at the PARAMOUNT location as well — I guess from AUG 20^th is enough time to wait before I leave a crappy review…
If your looking for any jobs — AVOID THIS PLACE & THIS PERSON LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! All the other reviews that are just like mine ARE REAL and they ARE TRUE… Every single thing they mention is my exact experience except I had to wait for 2 months to get a SPAM EMAIL from her and not even a reply…

Lengthy application? What else are you doing if your unemployed. Nothing. The staff was real friendly and got me through the application process quickly. I was working right away and they work hard to get you the right job.

All select personnel staffing is horrible. From Carson, Gardena, paramount all waste of time. They had my info since I was 18, I reapplied when I was 25 and they refused my updated work experience. Losers. At all places the people there act like there better than u yet never went to school anything so why the attitudes? They hate their job. I only knew of this place because I know several people from my hometown that worked through them. My neighbor started on a Friday for four hours and it took haggling and a month wait to get paid those four hours. They even accused him of walking off coz no one time carded him. The client didn’t even want to acknowledge he was there let alone the three referrals he showed up with. He left and has a better job applying direct. Because they don’t hold a good relationship with their clients, employees get the short end of the stick. Another girl I knew started great with a $ 14 an hour assurance position and two weeks later they lowered her rate because select is greedy like that. If ur educated, have experience, or can do without the bs go somewhere else more reputable. :)

Awful customer service and front office/​reception demeanor.
Applied online and then received a call about 7pm from an automated recording stating I needed to be at their office at 8am sharp the next day with several materials. This impersonal first point of contact already had me giving the company the «side-​eye».
Got up early and went. Was early and then others began lining up as well. When we were let in, the main girl wasnt the slightest bit friendly and didnt even look at us when we spoke to her.
Gave us some final paperwork to sign from the site application and then called us each up with our paperwork and ID’s…and then proceeded to dismiss several of us because our «resume was still under review»…then WHY CALL US IN?
It was all such a BS waste of time, I wouldnt work with them regardless. Seems like we were called in just to sign the papers as a quota meeting measure.
Horrible first impression… oh, and if u do stay, plan to be there at least 3hrs… and they have signs posted that there are no public bathrooms for you to use. Boooo!
