I have have complained to owner Brian about the service and the lack of good customer service and also talked to manager by the name of kang he told me that they no longer think it is a priority to offer water to customers like they did when they first opened.

I walked in and waited only 5 mins. Leim did my nails I showed her a picture that she only looked at for a quick second and omg. She did my nails so perfectly. A lot of times I’ll go other places and there will be acrylic stuck under my nail and on the sides but she takes her time making sure you’re happy with your nails and that they look perfect. I won’t be going to anyone else other then her now.

I absolutely LOVE how Tom does my toes he Always does such an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place and him to get your toes done and it’s extremely clean inside.

Love my first set of eyelash extensions! Ashley did a great job. She was gentle and patient and I’m so happy with the results. I’m looking forward to returning for my fill!

Very satisfied had a pedicure and full set. Don’t know the girls name that did my toes by she was fast and precise. Lai did my nails and he was also fast but super detail oriented and friendly. This place was so clean I was one of the last appointments so they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I got to see the nightly cleaning and it was a breath of fresh air to see how deep the clean nightly! Plus the price was amazing!!! I’ll be back; Definitely recommend it.

We stumbled upon this place after another place that seemed ehhh… Turned us away stating they didn’t have time… the people here are so friendly and take their time. It’s hard to find a nail salon that’s friendly and patient… And does great work! I will be coming back thank you «Lai» he was awesome.

Ashley does an amazing job with lashes! They look so natural and beautiful without taking too much time. Make sure you call ahead of time to book an appointment because she is pretty booked. Somehow, she still manages to work with my schedule… love her work!

Love this place. I got acrylic French tips and they are just so beautiful I’m very happy with the end results. This place is clean and has low prices. I highly suggest this place if you are a first timer on getting your nails done. If you have something in mind make sure to show a picture of what you want and they can recreate it.

I got eye lash extensions done yesterday (Monday), I called the previous Monday to make my appointment, I got the appointment time i wanted. I have never had my eyelashes done before but i had a friend recommend this place. Ashley had a couple option to chose from and she was very helpful and made sure i felt comfortable.
Its a small shop looked very clean and well put together.
Getting the first set of individual lashes put on took about and hour and 15 minutes cost $ 90
I was told to come back in 3 weeks for a fill for about $ 50-​$ 55
I checked out other places and this is fare and reasonable price in my opinion.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back :]

I usually come here to get my nails done and when I do, I’m never disappointed!!! I love this nail shop, I mean it is simply one of my guilty pleasures to go to! But this time around, I went to get my eyelashes done. I ended up doing a one by one extension and it was so well worth it. This was my first time getting my eyelashes done so I did not know what to expect but it was a wonderful experience. Ashley did my eyelashes and she was very meticulous and professional!!! I highly recommend going to this nail and eyelash salon because it’s just a great experience with people who know what they are doing!!! Thank you Ashley for the lovely eyelash extensions!!!

I’m a regular now. It’s my go to place for eyelash extensions because I’d rather get eyelash extensions than deal with lash curlers and mascara. And I’m not genetically blessed with long curly lashes so this is everything.
I go here often for eyelash fills and perfectly time the refills so that it’s right before times when I need to look my best. Or right before days when I’ll be out of town for more than a week.
It’s gone to the point that I don’t know what I’d do if I had to find a new place for eyelash extensions. Ashley and Alina are my go to’s. Ashley is a bit quicker but they both do good jobs. It’s bad (for my budget), but great because it saves me 10 minutes every morning. And as a person with sensitive eyes, the lashes are more gentle on them than any mascara I’ve ever used which translates to healthier lashes because I never touch my eyes anymore compared to when I used to use mascara.

Okay so I went to this shop trying to find a local shop. I bought a house in paramount but still get my nails done in OC by my work. This place had good reviews so I opted to try.
I actually really liked the shop at first. They have nice spa chairs, the workers are nice, a lot of colors to choose from, etc. I left there think this could be my new spot!
Fast forward to 3 days later, my gel manicure started peeling and turning colors. 3 DAYS!!! I usually get at least a full 1.5 weeks looking perfect. Within 4 – 5 days, they gel manicure was peeling so bad. It was such a waste I had to go to another shop within 4 days. My pedicure stayed fine.
I really liked the shop but if you have to get them redone after 4 days, what’s the point?! Will not go back

Always kind and friendly service! I’m never there for too long even if I have to wait. Never dissatisfied either. I’m pretty hard on my nails so for them to stay and be sturdy after my abuse, is amazing. Job well done guys!

I was advised to come here while I was shopping at Lakewood mall. For a last minute nail set they exceeded my expectations. I think I’ll deff come back!

Had really good customer service and able to do the design I wanted. The only reason they didn’t get 5 was for having cost of debit and matte and didn’t tell me about the massage on the chair. For sure coming back. Lye did an amazing job l

I received a gel manicure and an eyebrow/​lip waxing. The waxing was basic and turned out well, but my nails were mediocre. They look decent, but there are multiple imperfections (uneven coating, not fully painted to the bottom of the nail, some bubbles, and hardened gel left on my skin).
Firstly, the color I chose on the gel palette did not match the actual color on my nail. Sadly, I didn’t speak up until after the first coat hardened. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I let it be. However, she should have noticed this being that she works with these colors daily. She even said that the palettes are outdated. She should’ve double checked since she knew that is the case.
Secondly, she was quick and careless in her application. It took her about 10 – 15 minutes to apply the base coat, two paint coats, and the top coat plus the hardening. I looked around to see if there was a wait, wondering why she was so rushed, but there was no one waiting…
The main reason I didn’t complain or ask to redo the nails is because the prices are cheap ($ 30 for eyebrow/​lip waxing and a gel mani). It makes sense why the nails turned out this way.
However, I still will not return to this establishment. Next time I’ll pay a few dollars more to receive a result that will leave me more satisfied.

Lai took care of me and he did such a FANTASTIC /​AMAZING /​PERFECT job!!!
He sure took his time, asked me if I saw anything wrong to let him know. He made my day after a horrible day at work!

Okay, so I went in a earlier today for a full set and pedicure. Lai (pronounced lie) did my full set and it came out amazing! Also, they have a pale gel pink color called first kiss and it’s what I’ve been looking for for years! He did everything exactly like I asked and was patient and very kind to me. I kinda messed up and said I wanted a flower, and when he did the flowers I changed my mind and just wanted to keep the pastel pink plain. And they were nice about it and I offered to still pay for it since they still wasted the time and polish on me but they refused and didn’t charge me.
The lady who did my toes was Joanne. She was just as nice and patient and offered a sea salt scrub on me since I had a little dead skin on my heels but not enough for the callus removal. Also, my toes are gross since I broke them when I was younger and my nails never really healed correctly. So thumbs up to her for trooping on lol I had forgotten to pick out a color when I started and when it came time to paint intold her I’d like a light purple andshe picked out a light purple that was exactly perfect.
So over all, I came in because the Unilocal reviews were so positive. And now I found a place that I will continuously go to. I love Lai and Joanne and I won’t see anyone else. Also, I know weekends can be busy so I’ll only ever go on a Monday afternoon or morning to get the best and most attentive service. I will also be trying out the eyelashes one of these next visits… Thanks again guys!

I have been looking for a new nail shop, that could provide quality service at a good price.
After reading about how my fellow Unilocalers liked this place, I bookmarked it months ago.
Well I was in desperate need of a pedicure, and in the area, so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed. One of the best mani/pedi’s that I’ve had in a long time. My feet look great and my rough heels feel quite soft. I will definitely be returning.
Next visit, I may even try some of those eyelash extensions that everyone is raving about! :)
