Called to get a quote for my diesel trucks (I have a trucking co.). I first asked the guy if he services diesel trucks, so I don’t waste anyone’s time. He said «Yes, I do.» Great! So I proceeded to tell him the sizes of the tires needed and he decides to hang up.
I called back, perhaps we got disconnected or he accidentally hung up… it happens. I called back twice… no one answers.
Great job guy! Lost a lot of business.
