We urge our customers to participate in the design process, in order to achieve a truck that meets their unique requirements. And when we deliver the unit to the customer, it bears our reputation, so we’re very demanding of top quality materials and workmanship. There’s an old saying that goes, «You get what you pay for» and when it comes to MSM you get so much more! We built our truck with Luis Sr and Jr last year and 6 months into service there is of course wear and tears on it. Yet time and time again, the team at MSM have helped us through it all, whether it be calling Luis on a weekend with Propane tank issues, or simply asking them to show us for a second time how to change the oil on our generator, I can always count on them to help!
My father always told me, it’s not about the money you spent, but what you get back in return that matters.
Thank you to the team at MSM for always being there to answer my «dumb» questions.

The team at MSM are all very professional and do high quality work. We were screwed over by an unethical food truck builder that did terrible work. MSM was able to identify all the existing problems and work with us to get our unusual truck permitted by LA County Dept. of Public Health. You really need someone who understands the Health dept. rules and processes and Luis is very knowledgable. There was nothing we asked them to do that they couldn’t handle. If you’re looking for honest reliable builders, MSM is the place to go.

These guys are unbelievable! Believe me, they know their craft and it shows in every small nook and cranny of our truck. The amount of detail they put in can only be truly seen/​felt after your truck is in full function; after that, you will be relieved that you went to these guys! I know I do! They help you through the entire process from beginning to end, until your every need and specification is met. Compared to other food trucks I’ve seen, their work is incomparable.
