Worst nail salon ever visited. I was given the bums rush. Paid $ 26 for mani-​pedi and the guy George didn’t cut my cuticles just ran a rotating file over them. He didn’t file my nails they were more jagged and crooked coming out than when I went in. He left the callous removal cream on my ankles and it burned me. My callouses were not even removed properly the entire sides of my feet were left undone. Then when he went to put nail polish base on he gave each nail one swipe with the brush and left huge spots of bare nail undone. I got home and had to do redo my own mani-​pedi because he did such a bad job even left dirt under my nails.

Im only giving 1 star because Unilocal requires to give some BUT they dont deserve any. The worst service ive had so far. The lady that did my nails rushed to do my acrylics then she cuts me and says oh sorry, she squeezes my finger and puts tool disinfectant on it. Im in shock and couldnt think of a word to say. My nails were so uneven, I emphasize extremely lumpy and just horrible. When shes done she gives me a ticket. doesnt say a word and rushes to the lunchroom to heat up her lunch. I should of just walked out but im an honest person so i regretfully paid. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. EVER.

This place has gotten bad. I’ve been here previously and they did a pretty good job but recently when I went back to get a fill on my acrylic nails I was so disappointed. First off the lady who worked on me looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. When filing my nails she gave me multiple cuts on my fingers and didnt even even out the length of my nails. She left them uneven and very sharp corners when I asked for a rounded effect. Not to mention the place is kind of dirty. Don’t go and save your money for elsewhere.

I wanted to check this place out since it was close to my house. I walked in and sat down for a gel manicure. Once I sat I noticed the place was really dirty. I’m so glad I didn’t get a pedicure. The floors were dirty, the stations did not look wiped down. Since my manicure was already started I decided that I had to stay. My gel manicure turned out okay– but I will not be returning.

This is the worst place to go for a mani or pedi. They rush to get people in and out and do a bad job. I got there a man started me, followed by another lady, and just stopped, and said i have to help another customer i told her i was leaving she said whatever u want. Another lady working there came and said no worry ill finish you so i ended up staying just because it was an emergency that i needed my nails. I should of left they made it worst. I just wasted my money my nails are horrible and my feet even worst. The polish has lines and polish not cleaned on sides. WORST PLACE NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!
Aside that is dirty they are not friendly or patient they just want to get you out. As i was drying my nails all the ladies around me were complaining about how ugly their nail polish look and not going back again. I do not know how else to express how ugly they look i will upload a picture later.
Do not waste your money!!!

I go to #9 both so nice and courteous always takes her time on my nails feet and eye lashes.

I went in and got started on right away.
The only thing I didn’t like is when the guy was doing my nails the other girls were hovering over me trying to see what he was doing like really ?! Go do your job there are other Customers waiting. My nails came out okay

Fast service, BUT POOR QUALITY! They finish your nails/​toes super quick! They barely spend anytime on them. If you pay by card they add $ 1.00 fee. I only use them when I have no other choice!!!

My feet have been LITERALLY soaking for half an hour and no one has started my pedicure yet. I come here cuz its close to home. But at this rate im better off going for a further drive… Ugh! Either hire more wrkers or dont take in customers

Poor customer service I have been a regular customer for over a year the work is okay but they gone from bad to worse customer service. Today was my last time going there after having a really bad experience!

Now I remember why I stopped coming here. I used to come all the time but the quality of the service began to go down drastically. And this place was never top notch to begin with.
So I hadn’t been here in more than a year. I decided to give it another try. Michelle did my gel manicure and she was very sloppy. I asked for a white tip mani and asked for my nails to be filed evenly. My nails are all crooked, uneven, ugly, and I still have tons of dead skin around the nail beds. I asked her to fix the worst of the crooked nails at least 5 times. And she did but that was after she had already finished with the polish. I had to come home and try to salvage my nails but it’s too much and there’s excess polish all over. Now I’m going to have hideous nails for the holidays :(

I always go to this place, but after today I will never be back. I rarely write reviews, even if I had a bad experience. However, it was so bad today that I felt I had to.
First off, it was really busy today. I understand that, so I waited patiently with my toes in the water for 30 minutes. Although that’s a VERY long time to be seen, I didn’t mind. But right when they lady skipped me to help another lady that came way after me, I was pissed. I already waited a long time, so now you’re going to make me wait even longer? She didn’t even give me an explanation or anything — just went straight to the other lady. Apparently my friend who came with me heard her say in Vietnamese — whoever is done next help her out (which was me). Okay… So I waited a good 10 minutes before I was seen. I was already annoyed and my friend was already worked on so I decided I wouldn’t go for the pedi, just the mani since she was already done with her pedi. I didn’t want her to wait an extra 30 minutes just so i can get a pedi. I guess one of the workers was annoyed that i changed my mind because she said so in Vietnamese — my friend is Vietnamese so she understood her. Umm first — why are you annoyed? You SKIPPED me and you weren’t even the one that was going to do my mani or pedi. Stupid.
Next — when I was getting my mani, the lady rushed through it so I have nail polish stains stuck on my fingers AND when she files it, she only filed the too. What about the side of the nail?!? On top of that, my hand massage lasted 20 seconds. I noticed that my friend next to me had a long hand massage and he filed the top of her nails. Why wasn’t I treated the same? I’ve been here enough to know that she did a shitty job in every aspect.
Lastly, they charged me 2 $ more than the price listed. I asked why is that? I’ve always paid less. He said it’s because that price is only if I get a mani and pedi. Ummm. Clearly listed on your board says it’s $ 8 by itself. I feel like I got cheated on in every way!
Clearly I would not be back EVER! I’m telling all my friends and family that I recommended this place to find another spot. It sucks cause I live so close too.

This place has got to be the cleanest I’ve ever gone to to get my nails done. You’d expect a gel mani to be expensive but here it isn’t and they do a great job! They are very social with their customers and make sure you like the work they’ve done I’ve always left satisfied

I come here all of the time, it is close to home. They seem very clean. I like to go to Michelle she cleans her tools in front of you and takes her time on your nails. She has never disappointed me.

Love their service, not expensive at all. A lil 2 busy on Fridays. Love how they do my nails.

To begin with I sooo don’t want to share this hidden, in my opinion great nail shop’s know how hard it is to find the right match, so here it goes I have been going here for about a year now and slowly have notice its getting busier and busier, so the first thing you do is «pick a color» and notice the clean shop most often unless its about 6:30pm on a Friday or Saturday then its a little messy (just a little). I have had great experience, the ladies really try to be accommodating to everyone, and so if your not in a rush you’ll get your serviced I have to say Eileen and Christina are the best they really do good work and so if it’s Mani-​Pedi it usually lasts two weeks,(depending on how you take care).
If you visit on a busy day you’ll get good to great service, I haven’t had a full set, but have the gel mani-pedi…totally worth it… so yay i’m a fan go for it. be prepared to wait, however I suggest go on a Tues or Weds when its not crowded you’ll get excellent service. Good luck!
