Brought my car in for brakes and oil change. They were very friendly great prices and very honest !!! Finally a mechanic I can trust !!! I would definitely recommend them !!!

I’ve been looking for an honest clean and fast service shop for about six years now and finally found the one I was looking for literally about 1 mile away from home, who knew it was right in front of my nose this whole time. Anyways I have been bringing my 08 Mitsubishi eclipse for scheduled tune ups and I have been a happy customer driving off all four times. They are fast and efficient and explain what kind of tune up you want without assuming and choosing for you.

I always come here for my routine service because it’s near my work. I was surprised with the great service. They didn’t try to rip me off like many other places do to a female customer. They were very honest and the service was done very quick. Owner and the mechanics were very kind. Price was good too. I recommended to all my coworkers and they were also satisfied at 100%.

When my favorite mechanic of all time closed in Long Beach I was DEVASTATED. So, on a whim, I tried Ace Auto and have been a loyal customer every since.
Being a woman I already know how I am percieved when I walk into a place. Little do they know that my first car was an 82 Chevy Citation and through the trials and tribulations of that piece of SHIT I learned aaaaaalllllll about cars, the sounds they make and the things they put me through. THEREFOR, you can’t hose me. lol.
My test was this: take it in sounding like a total ditsy blonde– «OMG! My light is on and I am so scared! What could it be??? I hope it isn’t something serious!» A shady place would instantly bite, calling me back with an estimate higher than Tommy Chong. Dennis called back with, «you just needed an oil change. Car is ready for you.»
That was when I knew I found my home.
Been going every since and refer anyone I can to them. :)

My mom first started going to Ace then when I got my car, I started going to them. 10 years later, I’m still going to them. Dennis and Lee are amazing honest people who you can trust not to screw over you.

Was referred here by a colleague and have been bringing my car here for 3 years now. Dennis and Lee are great. They’re honest about the work needed and the price is always fair. You may have to wait a while depending on the repair, so have someone drop you off if you can. (Small waiting area and the bathroom isn’t great.)
It takes me a while before I trust an auto repair shop and I trust this one. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to not get ripped off.
