Buying or selling a home is one of the most expensive transactions you’ll ever make. You can’t afford a mistake. I have an extensive background in, over, under and around homespredominately homes with problems.

With pest control training, inspection was always the first and most important step. Ingress and egress points, structural flaws and problems, component failure and degradation; all had to be analyzed to make informed decisions for control of destructive organisms, and repair of failed or damaged structures and components.

With disaster and restoration training, I was exposed to homes in some of the worst possible conditions. Flooded, burned, structural damage due to high wind or mechanical failure, biohazard contamination; all were conditions I experienced as a first-​response restoration technician. As with pest control, an extensive inspection for cause, scope of damage and possible impending problems was the first and most important step.
