Every time I walk in the door here, I am kept waiting a minimum of 30 minutes. Today it’s been 1 hour. So far. Still waiting to be seen. Usually Dr. Shapiro spends 5 minutes or less with me. I would leave, but I have a suture that’s been in my nose for 2 months and needs to come out! Please let this be my last visit.
