Customer service is terrible. Employees are more concerned about gossiping about coworkers leaving early, and bragging about controlling their manager(girls at the fabric counter) then customers who need help. In addition the girl who checked me out didn’t say a word to me during the transaction, and i had the distinct impression I was bothering them by buying things. Sorry for purchasing stuff at your place of business, don’t worry I won’t be back

I love this Hobby Lobby! I went there today and found much better home décor than the one on Q street. Plus the staff was much more friendly and willing to help. They had a better baby décor section and way more wall stickers to choose from. The restrooms were cleaner too. Found everything I was looking for here wish I wouldn’t wasted my time at the one on Q.

I give it a fair review, because it may have everything you may want, but when it comes to personnel being knowledgeable, it no good. Person didn’t know about Lamar & satin finish sprays for acrylic paintings, U need to protect them and, even the manager goes by, doesn’t ask me, do you need any help finding something? He was busy talking to an employee about a social affair, I’m not going to interrupt … What the use of having a big craft store, if the employees don’t know their products, customers need help.
