Wow, has business declined. About a quarter of the booths are empty(with other vendors spreading their items around to make them look full). Our favorites are now gone. No more Art Deco furniture.

I got a collectors panda plate from Jaime’s booth that is in the far left corner. Jaime is hispanic and he collects a wide assortment of things. His booth is probably the one that the other Unilocaler is referring too. Jaime is very nice and helpful. He knows a lot about antiques. He is often on the premises unlike many of the other sellers. I have not seen any of the Confederate or Nazi collection, but I wouldn’t know it to see it, nor am I looking for it so he may have this but I wouldn’t know it if it tapped me on the shoulder and said: «I am a piece of Confederate or Nazi memorobilia» plus I’m and Yankee and born in England so fat chance of my developing an interest. I did see a victorian server here that I really liked. It was a cherry stain. I need a kitchen island so this is why I did not buy it. I got a photo of Cary Grant kissing Grace Kelly and it is hanging on our bedroom wall so Jaime has some nice photos that I enjoy. This location is much better for me than the Pioneer(303) Antique Mall location that they used to have.

This place went from a 3 star«A-OK» location to a 4 star«Yay! I’m a fan.» location with one specific booth.(I’ll get to that in a second) So, Antiques At Park Row(aka Antique Mall) is a nice decent sized antique store. Though it’s smaller in comparison to Mid-Cities Antique Mall or Lone Star Antique Mall. My girlfriend and I stumbled across this place while looking for local ArlingtonThrift and Antique shops and decided to give them a shot. While walking around we noticed that there wasn’t much we were interested in(for a good example, check their website and look under the Featured Items section). If those pics don’t make you excited then most of the store won’t either. Also, some of the prices were outrageous(clearly someone is proud of their stuff.). When we were just about to give up hope on this place and leave with a «Meh», we found a booth that had some stuff that we’ve never seen anywhere else. The booth is located to the far left corner of the store(from the entrance), next to the restrooms. And It’s surrounded by cabinets full of old rifles, war metals, jewelry, etc. That guy had some very interesting stuff to offer(it looks like the man operates the booth during the day). From old coins and glowing dinnerware to Confederate Dollar bills and Nazi relics. (BTW, before you get any ideas, I’m not a fan of Nazi Germany or the slavery beliefs of the Confederacy — I’m just stating that the guy had stuff you don’t find in your typical antique booth). Anyhow, that was quite an interesting find and I’m sure we’ll go back to his booth in the future to see what else he’ll have to offer.
