Slow customer service and they ran out of quite a few things at 1 in the afternoon? Not sure how a drink business runs out of drinks before half the day is even over. And all the people I saw placing orders looked very unhappy with complaints about their orders. Save your time and frustration and go to the one literally a block down. No crowd and great service with all the ingredients!

Completely understaffed and under supplied. Took 15 minutes to get 3 drinks from the time I ordered them to the time I got them.

It was alright. Ordered my favorite drink which is a strawberry acai refresher made with soy milk. It was delicious and quick. However, I ordered a trenta and asked for them to GOEASYONTHEICE. Ice ended up making up more than half of the 30 fl oz cup :/

The worst Starbucks that you can ever go to. They honestly it take forever to give me my drinks. Yesterday I went to this Starbucks. They took up to 36 minutes to give me and my friend our drink. I do understand they where under staff. One person on the register, that was rude like she would daze off whale you’re speaking to her. One barista that was making the drinks. That was slow as hell & rude ass fuck would not read the names on the cup. It’s not that hard to say someone name. There was another work right when me & my friend walk in she stop what she was doing saw her boyfriend hug him. She went to back then. I guess she clocked out to go on her lunch know that there very busy. Bad Management. Also there store was a mess don’t u guys clean. 06÷03÷16

First of all customer service here sucks! The barista had a bad attitude, didn’t even greet us when we got to the register. The barista kept rolling his eyes for every order I placed. Second, I wanted a blueberry muffin and they were sold out. Then, I tried ordering a banana nut bread and guess what? It was also SOLDOUT and so was the cheese danish and pumpkin bread. How is that possible?! Last but not least they do not have the courtesy to call out your name when your order is ready. They just let it sit there until you decide to get it. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at any other Starbucks. I was surprised. Not that they care or anything, but I will definitely NOT be coming back to this Starbucks!

Terrible service, walked in here with my friends. I’ve been waiting for my iced tea for 20 minutes already. Only one person of the staff is working.

How can someone be that slow? Service is definitely not the best. She was taking my order for 10 min. All I wanted was a tall caramel latte… Very upsetting;(

7 am, huge line and only 2 staff members working? Not a very smart staffing decision on the manager’s end!

Ive been to many, many Starbucks locations. This one by far tops them all. I love the friendly ambiance and cozy seats. My favorite barista has to be rosanna she knows exactly what i want and always introduces me to new drinks. I look forward to continue coming here for my coffee fix.

It’s pretty great although my drinks sometimes come out on the sour side even though I ask for extra sweetener, all together an alright place

Cody at the register was really great! He was very personable and I felt like I was more than just one of his many customers, but an important customer. Management: you should keep your eye on him, groom him and promote him! He is going to go far with his people personality

Sometimes I just need to get out of the house to get work done so I stop by this Starbucks that’s in ‘The Plant’ Shopping Center. It’s an okay Starbucks location but by no means is it the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Since it’s close to home, I just see this place as a convenient place to go to. If I could, I’d rather go to the Starbucks down in Burbank but that’s a bit too far. The customer service here by the team is great! Everyone always has smiles and you are warmly greeted as you walk in the door. However, I know this location could strive more if some changes were made. There are a few improvements that could be made to enhance the guest experience here: 1. More power outlets along the walls and near the center table. Being here numerous times, it seems as if this location is always filled with students or guests who are working on their laptops and this place has very limited areas to plug in your work devices. If a remodeling of this location could take place, it would be a great idea to incorporate more wall outlets or perhaps ground outlets. As of right now, it’s always a struggle just to find a free power outlet. 2. A center table with a power outlet. There is one center table in this location that sits about 6 people but it doesn’t have any power outlets in the ground or around it. It seems kind of out of place. I’m pretty sure they could use the space better or maybe even put in another table if they just moved some stuff around but there’s like this weird gap in the middle that could be utilized better. 3. Cleaner tables and floors. I’ve been here numerous times, whether it was during a weeknight, during the day, or maybe even on a Sunday morning and I get it, this place does get busy. It always seems like there are a number of people going in and out of the door. But the cleanliness of this place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s cleaner than other days but I always see things like trash on the floor, dried coffee on tables, or crumbs around the area. Would be nice if the team cleaned up a bit if they were free. This location recently implemented the wireless charging cable things that you could use on your smart phones and stuff on their tables but I hardly ever see anyone using them. If you’re in the area, why not stop by and grab some coffee. Just be prepared to be on the hunt for an outlet if you’re looking to charge your laptop or phone.

One of the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. The workers move in snail pace. None of them smile either. Awful customer service. Shall I add that Rafael looks completely lost, Lupe is obviously forced to be here, and Mike just looks like he does not care. Let’s see how my caramel brulee latte comes out… not very hopeful for this location.

Avoid using the app to order at this location. It took forever and after many mishaps finally got everything I had ordered. It was defiantly not a relaxing time like I hoped it would be. Very disappointed.

Seriously bummed about this trip to Starbucks. It’s 12:30PM and they’re out of blueberry scones and mango black tea lemonade. The service was pretty fast. Location was pretty dirty though. People around here don’t know how to clean up after themselves after sitting for hours using up the free wi-fi. SMH! … Update … Came back then next day at 12:30PM again. Still no mango black tea. Still no blueberry scones. The kicker? They didn’t have any grande straws either. So I had to sit there like an idiot drinking my trenti with a venti straw.
