O’Reilly Auto Parts

This review is not for the store itself but for the two idiots working there on the evening of New Year’s Day, especially some fat guy with glasses that didn’t bother taking the time to help me out.
I went in there on New Year’s Day around 6pm seeking help about being stranded with my new born son and wife outside in our car due to our vehicle battery dieing on us while being at the shopping center where there located. I went in thinking «good thing there’s an Oreillys here, I’m sure there’s someone in there willing to help».WRONG! I go in there and spoke to some fat guy with glasses which I didn’t get his name, but I first asked to see if they had a portable jumper I could maybe borrow really quick and he right away stated that they didn’t have one… and so I then ask if maybe they had jumper cables and if someone could give me a jump from there vehicle. he said they did have jumper cables but that they weren’t willing to go outside and give me a jump. At this time I explained my situation and if they could do me the favor and do it. that it would take no more that 2 min. well the fat guy asked the other idiot if he’ll do it and he said «yea, but we charge $ 50» while laughing… and so after trying and trying to convince the guys, the fat guy finally says that he’ll do it. so once he says that I’m like great my family and I can get out of here… and so he asks where my car is located and I told him a couple of stores down from Oreillys. he right away said nope I’m sorry that’s too far… I told him really? If we go outside u can actually see my car parked out in the distance. And he still insisted that it was to far for him. obviously this guy didn’t like walking because he couldn’t walk 2 minutes to my car to give me a jump… so I finally give up and walk out while still being stranded outside with my family.
So thank you for nothing and I hope one day both of you idiots are stuck in the same situation I was in. so maybe you can see that it doesn’t hurt to help someone out while there in need & I hope whoever runs that place actually sees this comment and know what kind lazy idiots they have working there and how much there customer service sucks!

This store was very maintained and very clean. Most of all organized. Woohoo. Great Job.
I would have to say that the prices are about average, compared to other auto part stores.
The cleaning supplies for our automobile’s, waxes, compounds and tire dressing you’ll would probably get at a Walmart Supper Store for less.
The staff was very knowledgeable in helping me with my rear light for my F-​150. If you go to the Dealer they will charge you a arm and a leg. Thank you.
