Kiso House Cleaning

Honestly I don’t know where these good reviews come from but my experience with Kiso House Cleaning was very disappointing. I met with one of the ladies (partners) first who promised me the house would be spotless and told me about their «special products» they use and how clean and spotless the house will be. She promised my rug would be vacuumed and my crystals would be sparkling clean and my kitchen floors would be shinny. Anyhow, the day comes for them to clean and she doesn’t show up. It’s another lady (I’m assuming her partner) and two cleaning ladies. The job they did was honestly disappointing. For one they took over 5 hours to leave my house, singing and dancing is how they cleaned my house, none of the criteria were met, they didn’t even vacuum my rug and when I told the partner she said it was (that pissed me off more), my fireplace counter was all dusty and when I confronted the cleaner she lied to my face that she cleaned it. I showed her the dust and she blamed it on the door being open. She gave my husband and I an attitude as she started to clean it. All in all, we were very dissatisfied. After they left, 2 –4 days in a row we were finding dust balls on the floors, and nasty string of hairs hanging from the vent from the cloth they used to clean it, and when we went to our upstairs bathroom we spotted black spots on our toilet. My weekly cleaner does a better job than Kiso House Cleaning. So much for my «deep house cleaning.» I honestly feel like I’ve been fooled. And the amount of money we paid was even more ridiculous (300 if not more bc we paid deposit at the first meeting). I didn’t want to pay but my husband was so fed up with them that he was like just pay them so they can get out of our house. I do not recommend them to anyone! I would never call them again.

I found them on Instagram an I said it’s worth a try. So I made an appt. they were extremely busy an Kiso put me in. She was so sweet. My house looked so clean it was spotless. The workers were so sweet. Excellent customer service ever. Thumps up!!!

WOW, great job ladies. This was the second time I used Kiso’s cleaning service and I must say that the ladies tackled my house with professionalism, quickly and thoroughly. They were very courteous, pleasant, and easy to do business with. They left my house so clean and nice smelling. Thank you for the good work. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Very professional, punctual, and meticulous! The house was spotless when they were done. They use quality products that don’t damage your furniture or floors. They also give useful advice on how to maintain the home until their next visit! I’ve never had cleaners be this detailed. Others just do simple dusting that I can do myself, but this team does the deep cleaning I don’t have time to do myself.

They did a phenomenal job! This team spent nearly 6 hours cleaning my home and it looks flawless. I’m afraid to touch anything, it just looks perfect. They pay close attention to detail. Trust me when I say their services are worth every penny. Absolutely fair pricing. I highly, highly recommend their services.
