Custom Glass Tinting of Callaway

I set up appointment at 8AM on my day off work 3 days in advance with the assumption that work would be done by lunch-​I had only one day free in my work schedule to get this work done. I arrived 20 minutes early, but technician did not arrive until 8:10 AM and then informed me that the UPS shipment with window film did not arrive, and that either him or other employee would have to work out with local UPS office at 10AM at the earliest. I gave him benefit of doubt, and came back at 2:30 PM with assumption that work would be done-​no work had been done on my car. Nobody was in office, and I left with car without paying him anything. Tried calling office/​cell multiple times, but no success. Had to make appointment at another company in town on my next day off work to help ensure that work would actually get done on schedule.
To be fair, the people waiting for owner at the office at 2:30 PM said that they did good work. That’s why I gave him 2 stars instead of 1. Company could improve customer service If the owner hired additional administrative personnel to handle phone calls and take messages, arrange pick up of supplies (window tint??), man office at least part time during peak business hours, and schedule work.

Cliff tinted our 2015 ford transit which lead to a total tint of our 4300 sq foot home. Our house has glass walls that allowed sun and heat to make the downstairs to bright and hot. Cliff came and installed the tint and transformed our living space. He is very professional and does exceptional work. He pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. Very rare to find today. Thanks cliff so very happy.

I had my boat windshield done here. Excellent quality and price! I have no complaints at all.
