and has one and one-​half baths. At over 900 square foot, the Summit condos are among the biggest on the beach.

Our Condo’s completely furnished with living room, dining area, breakfast bar with bar stools, and fully-​equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Two color Cable televisions with dvd/​vcr players. and an eight-​foot sliding glass door in the living room that opens out onto your own private balcony that overlooks the beautiful Gulf

Established in 2012.

My Wife Erica and I started with a dream to Buy a condo in 2010. we searched and searched for the right place. after we went to the Summit to look at a condo, we knew this was the right fit for us. We Purchased our condo The Summit 1119 on 11/​19/​2012 at 11:19 a.m. .funny but true.
