History

Established in 2010.

My name is Gayle Theodora Drake; I am the CEO of a Wardrobe & Image Consulting firm that also provides services in personal shopping and creating beautifully curated closets. My background has been in the fashion industry as a successful print & runway model for the past 25 years. In 2010 I got the divine urge for something deeper and more purposeful, helping others, giving back all that I had learned in the industry along the way. So I repackaged all my fashion expertise into a business that made an impact on the lives of women & men, helping them to now stand in their own spot light as I did for many years. It was a seamless transition when creating my company, which is called «Out of the Closets»

My story goes like this… I was born a California Girl, adopted, and then raised on the East Coast. Early on, I loved shoes, clothes, playing dress up and pretending that I was a Princess. I dreamed I owned racks of the most beautiful clothing and something new to wear every day. At the age of 16 I began my modeling career, working with some to the top models in the industry. In 1988 I moved to LA and was picked up by a modeling agency in Milan Italy. In 2010 after a successful 25 year career, I started my business «Out of the Closets» I reside in the Palos Verdes area with my husband and my 3 boys.
