All I can say is I love Wayne, Heather, and Donna. they are the most patient, thorough Realtors I’ve ever met. We have used them for several sales and purchases and they never disappoint. Wayne always goes above and beyond the call of duty, day or night. IF you need a Realtor that will be sure the purchase or sale of your home is smooth and painless, Chamberlain Team is your best bet.

I’m going on my 6^th transaction with the Chamberlain team. I’ve always dealt with Wayne, though I’ve met Donna, and Heather. He is the most patient realtor I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s help it’s buy and sell and always delivers professional, courteous service. He handles everything, checking permits for additions, being there every step of the way. I recommend him to anyone. Also I should mention the pies. Mmm the pies.

I had the pleasure of using the Chamberlain team for both selling my condo and for buying our new home. Both processes went beautifully and they handled every situation with grace and professionalism. Heather gave us great advice on what our asking price should be for the condo as well as tips on staging it. She worked tirelessly holding beautiful and comfortable open houses. We sold the condo for the highest price in the building for many years. Next it was onto buying our new property. We had the difficult task of trying to get into a home in Palos Verdes and were competing against many cash bids that were well over asking price. Ultimately, Heather informed one of the sellers it was our 10 year anniversary and it is my belief that this helped greatly in us being chosen as the buyer. Can you imagine what a great 10 year anniversary present it was to get a call saying we were in escrow on our new home? This team is wonderful to work with, highly ethical and everything you could ask for in an agent. There will always be many issues, stresses, and pitfalls in the process of buying or selling a home, it is critical to have a team behind you that handles these situations the right way. On another note, in addition to the generous Pottery Barn gift card we received after escrow closed, I am now excited for the awesome pie they deliver to my door every year for the holidays! I feel very lucky to have worked with the Chamberlain Team.
