This woman is absolutely amazing. I’ve been through several different types of therapists, and have never been able to connect in a meaningful way. Sophie is different than he average therapist. She’s down-​to-​earth, straightforward, punctual, and honest. She not only listens, she ENGAGES, which is amazing. She does individual, couples, kids, and family. She’s also a certified EMDR provider, and treats PTSD. She worked wonders for my husband as well, and I consider that a miracle!!! She does take some types of insurance, which is awesome. If you think age determines experience or quality of care… I dare you to try her, she’ll undoubtedly prove you wrong!
