I found real estate as a great career after working in construction. It blended my abilities of sales and design and hosting people in the town I was raised. I enjoy showing people the many different attributes of the hill with regards to weather, culture, view, and lifestyle. I enjoy learning about my clients and their needs, and helping them find their dream home.

I host a walk through tour of properties in Palos Verdes on a youtube station called Palos Verdes Houses. This has been a great way to show people new homes as they hit the market and give them an opportunity to set the priority of this house in their home search. I have sold some homes to people overseas who never even went to the home, but watched my video. This is a great tool to help my clients make a decision.
