You don’t even get to talk to Audrey McFarland, her little so called team in office doesn’t know anything. No one helped me out when I got hit by another car and wasn’t my fault. Audrey McFarland is very unprofessional and rude as hell. She has no clue about being a agent that’s for sure.
They kept calling and texting me when I told them I’m going to another agent. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money with this agent and her crew.

Audrey McFarlin the so called main agent or manager had no clue what she was doing and she was not only rude to me but to her employees yelling & rolling one of her eyes all around like a loose marble at them right in front of me which was very unprofessional. She was so disrespectful I had to leave before I slapped her so hard her crooked eye rolled back to normal.

The agents are completely incompetent. They call all the time offering you insurance when you already have it with them! And once you tell them to take you off the list, they continue to call during hours where I want to be having dinner with my family not getting telemarketer phone calls. Choose any other agency but this one.
