We carry a full range of feed products from Nutrena and Bar Ale Feed Companies. Including Nutrena’s popular SafeChoice Horse feed and most of Bar Ale’s popular poultry line, including their selection of Organic Layer Feeds.

We are one of the largest Tack Suppliers north of Sacramento. We have Weaver, Circle Y, Buckaroo, and now Berlin Leather goods. We try to stock only USA made brands.

Our Vet and Pest selections are very good. But if we don’t have something please ask about special ordering we can get most items within a week.

We also have a large fencing area; field fence, non-​climb, stock panels, 5 different styles of gates, stock tanks and water storage tanks. We also have wire for the garden; ½×½, ¼×¼, and the double dipped galvanized gopher wire.

History

Established in 1963.

Palo Cedro Feed was started in 1963 as a one room building where the owner sold items through a small window to his customers. Over the years several more buildings have been added. As you walk through, look closely at the «4» buildings that make up the «one» large main store and you can see the years of history developing and growing before your eyes.

After a couple of owners, Jay Brauning purchased the store in the mid 70’s from Mr. Anderson. In the early 80’s Jay sold the business to his younger brother Kirk Brauning and his wife Bridgette. For three decades you could find one of both of them in the store working hard to grow the business and make it one of the best feed store’s in the area. Now a days, their daughter Kelly Landry runs the business.
