I have used Harry’s service for about 2 years after an injury left me unable to drive for several months. Harry and his drivers are, without exception, courteous, timely, helpful and efficient. In other words, very professional! They delivered me safely and on time to numerous dr appointments, taking care to get me in and out of the car and building safely. When I could get to the office again, they also delivered me safely to my office and to client meetings. I always felt safe and never worried about missing an important dr appointment or meeting. Now that I can drive again, I don’t see Harry and his drivers as frequently, but when I need a driver, I wouldn’t use any other service.

I took 3 stars off because our driver was sleepy and yawn all the time during driving. He even forgot to check blind point when he changed lane on 101, and almost caused an accident. Never trust them again.
Price is reasonable. Car is clean and good.

Harry is very professional and pleasant. He called ahead of arrival, was early and safety got me to my destination. The car was clean inside and out. His rate was reasonable too. I used to use another taxi but will be using Yellow Smart Cab and Harry for my trips now.
I’d recommend him to anyone wanting a pleasant, professional and on time experience.

I can’t believe I never wrote a review for Harry! He is super professional and always on time. His car is clean, he helps with the bags, opens the door and almost always has water in the back. He is really considerate and on top of things. I used a few car services as I travel a ton for work, and since my first call with Harry over a year ago, I don’t use anyone else.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone. A+++

My driver was named Harry. He was kind, considerate, and thoughtful. Throughout my drive he received several calls from customers and took them with a hands-​free device. I overheard his professional interactions with clients and was very impressed. He even told me the background on some of those clients and I learned that he had accepted last minute calls, short drives, and even given free rides. I am looking at the other Unilocal reviews and seeing that this is consistent feedback. If you want to take a chance and save a few bucks, go with Über or Lift… but if you want guaranteed service and a great experience, call these guys instead.

I just want to say that I’m extremely happy with Yellow Smart Cab. Harry was polite and most importantly on time! I contacted him the night before our flight and he responded right away and was at my door right on time, I was so pleased that I contacted him again for our return and again he surpassed my expectations. I had an important surgery appointment at 530am at Stanford.
After a few rejected phone calls from other cab services, I was able to book one through Harry.
I was happy to see him arrive on time and he called prior to arrival which I appreciated a lot.
My location was out of the way and it was still dark out, but there he was, on time! He helped calm my nerves and we laughed together on our way to Stanford Hospital from Portola Valley. What a pleasant experience.

I moved to the Bay Area a few months ago and have since then taken a tonne of cab rides. I used to call taxi services quite randomly, until I stumbled upon Yellow Smart Cab. Since then I have pretty much only used their services, because honestly, they are as good as it gets around here! They are always within 15 – 20 minutes of your location and arrive within that time, if not sooner… ALMOST ALWAYS! The dispatchers and drivers are very courteous and will get you to where you are going as soon as possible.
Hands down, best cab service in the Peninsula region.

Let me begin by saying,“Call Larry first”!!! Some cab driver’s May or may not help you with luggage, opening doors, service with a smile, and suggest to you the Quickest and most inexpensive route to your destination.
But above all this, Larry will suggests to your Boyfriend, Sir, may I place your girlfriend whom recently just had surgery, «May I place her in the car Sir, I know what I am doing.» I looked at my Boyfriend let him put me in the car.
Larry, OMG!!! I am tearing up, but this is all true, My boyfriend found him on line, but I will say it was fate, Larry picked us up from Stanford Hospital, he suggested taking Hwy 280 instead of Hwy 101 to avoid traffic, but most important bumps and pot holes and stop and jerking traffic…
Larry!!! Stay helpful, keep doing what you’re doing, all your hard work will pay off!

I’ve known Harry now for over 2 years — his service is the best, period.
He’s extremely reliable, professional, and most importantly, a great person. Those three attributes make his service second to none. I used to be an investment banker (thankfully not anymore), dealing with a lot of high-​stress situations. Harry never let me down once, always able to make whatever needed to get done, get done.
His cars are also meticulously taken care of and luxurious so if you have clients /​friends /​family from out of town who need a professional service, I would not recommend anyone else.

I have been using Harry’s Yellow Smart cab service for a month now, i should say that he is the best cab person/​coordinator i have ever met. He is a good human being, friendly, dependable, dedicated, has the right attitude and good communication, highly professional and he goes above and beyond his effort to provide a good experience for his customers. He has always been on time. When he is not available to pick us up, he ensures that he sends someone. He ensures to take feedback about the previous experience with other drivers that he had sent. He will always be on time and you can place the request via SMS as well, he ensures to respond/​confirms to your messages in few minutes which is awesome. He has really set high standards for the work he does. I will always call him for any travel needs.
I never leave review comments (this is my first one) but i felt that i am obligated to leave this comment for the service that he has provided. If Unilocal allows me i would give him 10 stars.

I’ve used Yellow Smart Cab services regularly for 5+ years while working at different companies. They are a different breed than usual cab experience one gets. Very professional service, on-​time, excellent communication via phone/​email/​text etc. and very good co-​ordination for uncertainties involved in air-​travel such as flight cancellation, delays etc. Knowing efficacy and predictable excellent service I get from them is one less thing to worry about while traveling for work.
I have found Harry’s demeanor and attitude towards customer service and satisfaction to be unusually above and beyond other average cab service providers. I never use any other cab service now because Harry has set the bar too high for them to win me over. Highly recommend Yellow Smart Cab!

Harry is the best of the best! We call him regularly to help us with clients and interview candidates. He has helped us take people to the airport, arrange town cars to chauffeur our VIP guests, and he even helped us out when our company’s shuttle broke down on 280 and we needed taxis to pick up the stranded employees.
His customer service is always above and beyond, and he is always on time. I would give Harry 10 stars if I could!
