This is my go-​to place for a couples message if I can just remember to make the damn reservations. It is always booked up but the rooms are great — top notch. The messages are great. I recommend this place for the best experience you can have at a spa.

PRICING/​SCHEDULING:
I really wanted to try and get a couple’s massage package that included an hour in one of their tub rooms but I was hesitant since I’ve never been to this place so I decided to just book one of their private rooms. I gave them a call and the lady who helped me book my appointment was incredibly friendly! I called on a Monday and was able to get the room I wanted for the Friday of the same week. you have to give them a credit card for a deposit. I booked room number nine (nine bats) for an hour and a half for my boyfriend and I and the total came out to be $ 105.
their smaller tub rooms (that don’t have a sauna or steam) are $ 25 hour/​person and the bigger rooms are $ 35 hour/​person.
NINE BATS:
the room is BEAUTIFUL… it lives up to the hype in all the Unilocal reviews and I can totally understand why it’s the fan favourite amongst regulars at Watercourse. The star dome skylight was the prettiest part of the room. The room definitely is «sexy» LOL it has dimmed out lights, the star dome, dark interior, and some zen music playing. definitely try to book this specific room if you have the chance. it has a shower that also functions as a steam room, the hot tub itself, a little bed/​resting area, and a cold plunge. The showers have all the amenities you need (conditioner, shampoo, etc.) and the little resting area had a few towels laying for us to dry off with.
THE EXPERIENCE:
OH MY GOD… I cannot rave about this place enough and I don’t think words can describe exactly how relaxing the experience was. the night was a surprise date I booked for my boyfriend and I, so he had no idea where we were going until we got to Watercourse Way and as soon as we stepped into the room, my boyfriend was floored at how nice the room was. We loved every minute of our experience.
When they take you to the room you booked, they do a quick review of the switches/​buttons in the room but they go through it pretty quick so make sure you understand. they have an intercom in the room so if you have an problems/​questions you can ring up the front. the girls working up in front are really nice!
my boyfriend and I bounced around the whole room trying everything, though we avoided the cold plunge because it was too cold for us haha.
MISC.:
some things I personally noted was that I suggest to bring a bottle of water with you. I got pretty light headed near the end because of the hot tub and how hot it was in the shower. the front desk has some water but it was given to me in a smaller cup, and I downed it in like two sips. I also think an hour and half is the perfect amount of time in these rooms! it gives you time to enjoy the room and some time to relax and get ready to clean up.
I think watercourse deserves this lengthy review and the five star LOL. I can’t wait to book nine bats again for another date night with my boyfriend. :)

I’m in love with my. FACIAL! I’ve never heard of this place until I was asked to book a spa day reservation for my team as an employee appreciation incentive. This place is wonderful! I was easily able to make reservations for 6 people two days in advance. I do want to note that I took a star off due to customer service — while I was easily able to make reservations (i.e. there were still plenty of spots open, due to the size of his place), the woman I spoke to wasn’t very polite. Given my reservation was rather confusing, I’ll let it slide. Do keep in mind however, that if you make a reservation for 4 or more, you get a 15% off discount so, maybe its a great double date idea? :)
I can only speak for myself but when I came for my 8:15PM facial with Gabriella (who is awesome, btw), I was pleasantly surprised. It was also super packed for a Wednesday night — though I hear those are when the majority of appointments are due to the area’s customer’s work schedules. I checked in easily after having to sign two electronic waivers and was promptly ushered upstairs. There are plenty of rooms available and each of them are quite spacious.
Gabriella was super polite — and asked me what was the price range I’d like to stay around. She was quite good at keeping it to the price range, though I went over a bit by $ 20. She also gave me a lot of useful tips in skincare and was very professional throughout the entire process. I recommend going for the custom facials here, as they cater to your skin type AND hand/​feet/​shoulder massages are included :)
I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone! I do also want to try their bath house spa next time since it seems like most of the reviews are about the special rooms.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience in the Four Water Ouzels tub room. At $ 25 per person per hour I found it to be worth it. We came on a quiet rainy Friday night. The spa has a very tranquil ambiance. I love the décor, the items they sell up front and my boyfriend found the music to very relaxing and mood setting.
We were walked to our tub room and left with towels and brief explanation of how to use all the buttons. Then you’re on your own, no interruptions for next hour! You can play with lights, jets, music volume, etc. until you find your liking. The multi-​jetted tub was incredibly relaxing. After we finished in the tub there’s a little nook area where you can lay down (I liked the storage space up ahead where you can store items so they don’t get wet). The shower was also so nice and I loved the smell of the shampoo, body wash, etc.
The hour goes by quick so use your time mindfully! We really loved it and plan to come back and try another tub room.
Note: Schedule your appointment with as much anticipation as possible.

Went here saturday as a birthday gift.
Although it was a bit hard to notice the building and parking lot for the first time, and parking was limited — we had no trouble noon at saturday.
As soon as you walk in the amotsphere is immediately relaxing. Water features, stone, buddha statues, everything was so relaxing.
They took us back after about 10 minutes and we went into a deep maze, but the room was nothing short of amazing, although I can’t tell you which one it was. As someone who’s had massages at spas in philadelphia, NYC, and other major cities — this place was actually the nicest i’ve ever been in.
The couples room was dimly lit, water features, statues, light music, heated tables, AND the steam/​shower room built right in. Amazing.
Both of us loved the massages — although I have no idea what the names were — but both were great and relaxing. The shower/​steam room is huge and its wonderful to rinse off after the lotion/​oil is used all over you. They also supply everything you could need to get ready again — hair dryer, curler, lotion, etc. Anything you need.
All in all, there’s actually nothing that could have made this experience even better. I don’t see how I can go anywhere else at this point lol. And yes, its quite expensive, but definitely worth every penny.

Came here recently two weeks ago for the first time in hopes to find a regular spot to visit. Looking at the site, their tubs and mud baths really appealed to me and it looked like they offered a ton of different services. I called in for an appointment because they don’t do online reservations, which in my opinion, is a huge miss given they’re located in Silicon Valley and its 2016.
In speaking to them on the phone during the booking process they were very nice and profesh.
When I got there however, I wasn’t greeted by anyone and while the customer service felt professional, it was also very withdrawn and cold. Not something I would look for in a spa environment.
I had my deep tissue service with Kathy and it was blah. She either worked me way too hard even after I told her to lighten up a bit and/​or she was just not hitting the right spots. It literally felt like bad sex. The entire service I was reflecting on the best massages I had and wishing the proven therapists were working on me instead :(
Upon leaving no one at the front desk said goodbye. It was really wierd. I also realized 15 minutes later that I didn’t get a receipt so I had to call back requesting an email copy. In chatting with the person who picked up, she informed me that she wasn’t sure if she could email it but can definitely send it via snail mail. I’m thinking What?!
She said she could get it to me in a couple of days. Four days later I follow up with a call and spoke to someone at the desk explaining I still didn’t have the receipt and she emailed it immediately. Really. Wierd.
I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I’m one of those impulse buyers. I came up with the idea of getting a body scrub and spent the whole day scrolling through the interwebs trying to find a decently priced spa to meet my desperate needs.
I eventually found Watercourse Way and saw they had monthly specials! The February special just so happened to be a body scrub. It was meant to be.
I arrived 10 – 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and when I parked, I realized I had left my wallet at home! Luckily, (like I said, I’m an impulse buyer. This is need to know info) I know my card number by heart, so I called them and asked if they could manually type it in, which they could! I was greeted by the lovely front desk staff that helped me with my card issues. (NOTE: Bring cash for tip OR you can use your debit card to take out cash)
The atmosphere here was out of this world. Everything is so clean, organized, and elegant!
The lady that did the treatment for me was very reassuring. It was my first time doing anything like this! (Body Scrub, Steam Room, Body Wrap, Facial, AND Massage) She walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was SO relaxing. Best 90 minutes I’ve spent in a long time.
Speaking of spending, I think I spent somewhere around $ 180 for everything including tip.
I would definitely recommend coming here if you feel like treating yourself. I probably wouldn’t come here for the tubs or steam rooms, just because the gym I go to has that there. Granted it’s no where near as nice, but it’s also no where near as expensive.

Lady Gaga had some fun with her disco stick (If you know which song I’m referring to LOL) But I had some fun at Watercourse Way. Well, not that kind of fun, but just relax while enjoy the facility that they provided.

I’ve been here a couples of time and i always enjoyed the facility provided by watercourse way. I’ve used the one pine, Four Water Ouzels, and 9 bats. My favorite would probably by 9 bats! I also believed that is their must well-​known hot tub room! 9 bats has nice lighting and music selection. At the same time the hot and cold bath is awesome as well. The steam room can can fill up the entire room if you don’t close the inner door. It’s really a pure relaxation here. One pine, couldn’t really adjust the lighting. I haven’t really use 0ne pine for like 2 years now, but if i recalled correctly, there is a natural light coming from the rooftop window thingy. This room has a sauna but not a steam room. Also a really enjoyable room in my opinion.
Watercourse Way charge different price for different room. Pure Jacuzzi is like $ 20 dollars an hour during weekday day time. Not sure what is the price for night time. Jacuzzi & Sauna and/​or Steamroom it’s like $ 25 dollars an hour during weekday day time and $ 35 for night time and weekend. But make sure you double check with the price when you call in for a reservation!
Personally I would recommend to book 1 hour of hot tub. Because you don’t really want to stay in a steam room/​sauna/​or hot tub for too long, it’s not really a good idea. If you have cardiovascular issues, please also do not use such system.
Overall, great place to relax, but please don’t be sketchy! They now check your bags to prevent drinking happening in the hot tub. Believed something stupid happened therefore they are checking bags to prevent that…

Came here for my birthday a few years back. Private spa rooms are very big with. Hot tub and wading pool and shower with tons of jets. Dark décor. Even a bed too.
Massages are also in separate private rooms. Showers in private rooms available with everything you need from towels to hair dryer to lotion. My massage was ok. You can tell she had been trained and knew which way to massage to get the toxins to flow out.
Classy upscale type place. Overall I am a fan. Street parking so plan ahead.

Cold Plunge /​Dry Sauna /​Hot Tub
The room itself (minus the Buddha) was Awesome! Reminded me of your very own Turkish bath house — see pics. Strong ¹⁰⁄₁₀.
*The Buddha seemed out of place.
Cold Plunge — was not cold, barely cool. After my second plunge I realized the longer I stayed in the warmer the water was getting as in my body heat was warming the water. Super disappointing — ²⁄₁₀.
Dry Sauna — Electric heat in a small wooden room. I had to do some abdominal exercises to begin to break a sweat. Not hot at all as heat escapes because the door cannot be closed tight. Super disappointing — ²⁄₁₀.
Hot Tub — Solid — ⁶⁄₁₀.
Impossible to truly relax when the two main ingredients were a complete let down. I came for a cold plunge and warm up, left bummed.
Note: Brought my observations to one of the guys behind the check in counter as I was about to leave and he said he’d look into it. Nothing else.
Tip: How about getting the room up to par.
Side Note: some of the items hanging within the room were dusty.

Definitely gonna make it a weekly routine. So refreshing! Hope they can build up an online booking system.

Sexy time!
You dirty minded little rascals. This is a classy establishment.
Watercourse has private rooms equipped with hot tubs, sauna, cold baths and a resting area which can be yours for an hour or two. $ 25/​per person/​hour is the going rate for these rooms, but make sure to double check for holiday/​weekend pricing when you call for your appointment.
The elegantly appointed alcoves with beautiful tile and glasswork (check out the nine bats room!) add to the already soothing ambiance of Watercourse Way. The calming water fountains and verdant greenery all around will immediately put you at ease. I recommend booking the Six Dragonflies as this is their biggest room complete with a separate shower/​sauna area, a hot tub enclosed in a traditional Japanese tub and a cold plunge bath. Alternate between the hot and cold water baths to encourage circulation in your lymphatic system.
The rest of the time should be spent taking a nap and relaxing with the alluring zen music in the background. Say aaahhh to the spaaahh life.

I’ve been here a few times for their hourly tub service. The rooms are quite interesting and clean. There is nothing wow about this place or their customer service. It’s worth a try if you’re looking for a place to just relax in the tub.

My husband and I have been to watercourse way quite a few times. The tub rooms are nice and we’ve always been treated wonderfully. I’d never had an issue with booking a room over the phone. First they couldn’t find my name on file and when they finally did I was told I need a credit card to book. Ok, sounds reasonable. I told her that I needed to call back with the number. She then made sure to tell me that she would not hold the room and that it would be open to others until I called back. Plus you’d think after so many times they’d have my info on file already. Her demeanor was just so rude and not very helpful. Very disappointed with the recent lack of customer service. Especially when you’ve had such great experiences before. I understand policy but she was just very rude and abrupt. Need to find a new relaxation spot, I suppose.

My husband and I visited this spa back in August for the first time. I’ve been wanting to visit for a while and finally got the chance to then. I read up on what to expect and not to expect. Overall, the private soaking tub/​sauna rooms are clean, peaceful, and relaxing. It was nice to have our own area without having to share it with anyone, but they only provide one towel each for the entire time you’re there, so use it wisely. I guess you could always ask for another one, but that kind of defeats the purpose of relaxation, doesn’t it?
I signed up for a massage after our one-​hour private room. I changed into the bathrobe they provided in the room but there was no place to put all my clothes/​shoes. It was kind of disappointing to have to lug all our clothes and shoes while trying to relax at the same time. Basically, you’d have to carry all your personal belongings with you throughout the entire pampering process. I really wish there was a locker area to keep all our goodies stored. They do have a shower and vanity area in their own little rooms but not many amenities, so be sure to bring your own products for beautifying.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but unless I REALLY wanted the privacy, I’d go back to Burke Williams, where towels and lockers are aplenty!

I have been going to Watercourse for the past several years. I have never been disappointed with the services that I have received. First class space that reminds you to take a moment and breathe!

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the woman working the front desk was so confused, counted my money wrong, gave me a lower total then a higher one, and just seemed to not set a good tone for the night… However, one gentlemen swooped in an offered me tea when he realized what a scatterbrain she was being… They were also talking back and forth to each other from across the room about schedules as I was trying to get checked in. Didn’t seem too professional with a client standing right there…
On to the actual services…
I had a hot tub room for an hour. I was in room four. It was lovely. So relaxing. It felt clean and I would high suggest this room if you’re just looking for the tub.
Next I had a tropical tranquility. This was so amazing. The aromas are so lovely. I really enjoyed the woman who was giving me this service (I forget her name but she said she only works Mondays)! She made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed. The scrub was done with the perfect amount of pressure, and the massage was life changing! I would high suggest the tropical tranquility spa treatment again.
The masseuse let me know about some of the other treatments she loves, and I’m looking forward to trying the mud one next!
When I finished she was waiting outside of my room with a cup of water. She was extremely thoughtful!
To summarize, the front desk (a hot mess), the actual tubs & services are phenomenal though.
**Update** Went on a second visit! Tub room 8 & 9 are the best! Sally is phenomenal!!! However the Champagne & Chocolate service, not as amazing as the Tropical Tranquility. However the monthly specials are always a great way to try new treatments!

Another amazing experience. Hubby and I treated ourselves to a wonderful one hour massage today. Lin was my masseuse. She was awesome! Great pressure and technique. Hubby enjoyed his deep tissue massage with Joyce. I may have dozed off here and there. I felt so relaxed after the massage. After we were sone Lin brought us tea and water and carried my belongings down to the shower room. We chose the rain shower which was amazing! The water comes down like the rain from a very high ceiling. Hubby liked the cold plunge. I love this place. Facilities are clean and inviting. They have their own parking lot on the side. We need to treat ourselves more often :)

Emanuela was awesome! My massage was on point! I could tell she knew what she was doing because she didn’t have to apply a lot of pressure to relax my muscles (which is what I thought I needed since I’ve been feeling tense). I took a girlfriend and we really enjoyed our spa and sauna time before the massage. Doesn’t sound like it’s good for groups, but I wouldn’t expect it to be; the spa advertises a more romantic or one-​on-​one girls day appeal.

I chose Watercourse Way as my birthday spa day location with friends — the private tub rooms seemed like a nice bonus when looking at different options in the South Bay, along with the high ratings. I made a reservation for 4 in the Four Stars room to start, with 3 of us getting massages and one getting a facial.
During our tour, we expected to be taken to a changing room where we can put our bags, change into our robes, etc., but we were led into Four Stars, given some bags, and left to our own means. They actually only provided us with 3 robes, because the person getting the facial ‘didn’t need a robe’ — we thought that was super awkward, so I asked them to provide one anyway. There were no lockers or area to put our belongings, so we just put everything on this little bed and use the tub. The hot tub itself was fine, and the room was really nicely decorated.
We rinsed off after we got our 10 minute warning knock, got into our robes, and lugged our bags over to the treatment areas. How weird that we are carrying around our shoes and bags while we are in robes? We all still smelled overwhelmingly like chlorine from the tub, despite using the shower gel and rinsing off. Either way, we all got our services (which were pretty standard), and afterwards, were given the option to wipe down with a hot towel or take a shower. However, there was no common area for showering/​changing, so we all had to wait for restroom to become available. Part of the fun of a spa day with friends is to get ready together, hang out, etc., but we were all pretty isolated.
I was overall very surprised with the lack of amenities and space to relax. I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon, especially when the basic features of a spa aren’t available at this location. If you are looking for a fun place for a spa day with friends, you should probably choose BW at Santana Row.

I was so excited to try Watercourse Way during a visit to my in-​laws’ over the holidays. My partner and I rented the Two (Moons?) room for two hours, thinking we’d enjoy a leisurely and romantic evening soak. I am from New Mexico and a big fan of our local upscale soaking tubs (Ten Thousand Waves; Ojo Caliente) — and I expected something similar from Watercourse Way. Man, was I disappointed.
Though the rooms are private and fairly nicely decorated, the tub itself was basically a hotel hot tub, complete with conspicuous suction drains, jets, and a metal hand rail. My biggest gripe about this is that the water was SUPER chlorinated, which I didn’t expect (other soaking tubs I’ve visited in the US use purification systems, rather than chlorine, to sterilize the water). The fact that our room was quite small and not well ventilated made the smell of chlorine quite strong — enough that it was actually distracting to me. As we sat in the hot tub, the hyper-​chlorinated steam made us cough, stung our eyes, made our skin itchy– and the next morning, my throat actually felt raw. I am not averse to normal levels of chlorine (e.g. in a private swimming pool) but this was really, genuinely unpleasant.
I was also unimpressed by the staff. Upon entry, the person who checked us in was very matter-​of-​fact about the policies and transaction, such that it felt far more commercial than «zen» — more like checking into a gym than a luxurious spa. WW’s staff is missing an opportunity to create a relaxed ambiance and mood for arriving guests.
I would basically only recommend this place if you’re desperate for a hot soak and don’t have access to a home bathtub or a friend’s hot tub — otherwise, take a pass on paying $ 35/​hour to get your lungs seared by these over-​chlorinated generic «baths».

Very expensive, but very high quality place. The décor is top notch, although I found the staff to be a mixed bag of being very helpful and a little snooty. Your mileage may vary.

Emily NAILED my 90 minute deep tissue! I told her exactly what I needed and she even worked in the hot stones! It is an incredibly relaxing environment even though the place was packed. This is my new go to for massages in the pen!

This place is addicting! First went here because BF’s parents got him a certificate for a couples massage. Ever since that I’ve been stuck on this place. The spa treatments and massages my BF and I have gotten so far have been amazing. Staff are polite and accommodating making sure we were comfortable and everything seemed so relaxing.
I do feel slightly bad, they talked to us in such a soothing soft voice my BF bluntly pointed out how they were speaking. It was amazing they kept their posture and had some humor which it a major plus! It’s not easy dealing with him (;

I took my mom to this place for her Christmas present in 2014 and it was the best experience for both of us! The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it started off a little rocky. I had originally called the spa to set up an appointment for my mom and me and put down a reservation deposit so we were definitely going to go.
When we showed up, the not so funny thing was that the spa had lost our reservation! I was a little upset because one, I live in Minneapolis and this was the only time my mom and I could go together because of her work schedule and my travel plans. From there, the manager took the time to find openings for us so that we could get some services at the spa. The massage therapist did a great job with the massage and facial but the best part was relaxing in one of the private bath house rooms! I was able to roam around naked by myself and sit in a hot tub and a mini sauna for about and hour. That was probably the biggest perk I loved because of the quiet and calmness of the room and the fact that I had control over all of the things in that room.
After we had finished our session, I went to pay and the manager was so apologetic that they comped our stay! I was extremely grateful and left a pretty big tip but I was also really impressed with the service! they had proof that I had booked our appointments but it just didn’t get switched from their computer to their scheduling board.
I would definitely recommend this place for their outstanding customer service, facilities and the specials they run so that you can get the bang for your buck.

Overview: Great place for a massage and a soak/​steam/​sauna. Highly recommend masseuer Daniel. He converted me to a weekly customer from a once/​year customer. I’ve had several friends go to him and all have had great experiences with him as well as Watercourse itself.
Tip: If you book the first massage of the day, usually 9am, you get a free hot tub beforehand from 8:20 — 8:50. Great extra value if you know about it and not one they seem to talk up heavily.
Service Offerings and Room Preference: Watercourse offers a pretty full array of services there are 9 very different tub rooms each with unique themes. All have a hot tub, some have cold plunges, others have saunas or steam rooms or combinations of those. These are well worth a soak and have always been a wonderful pre-​massage body loosener. Then a full array of massages as well as other appointments are available, I’ve never done nails so I won’t comment on that. I am fairly certain I’ve been in every spa room at this point and my favorite is #1 at this point.
Massage Experiences: I will be honest I have had a lot of underwhelming massages in my life. Mostly I did not know what to ask for and a question like Swedish or Deep Tissue doesn’t really help if you don’t understand your needs or really what the difference will be. Some of those «ok» massages happened at Watercouse and overall that’s why I pretty much never came back regularly.
As I have now started working regularly with one masseuer consistently I’ve gotten much better at understanding the range of possible techniques and how to ask for what I need from the massage. I do think that like a lot of customers, I was shy/​embrassed to ask for what I needed or speak up. Now I feel totally comfortable saying, I really need us to work nearly entirely on my front chest, my upper back, my calves, my feet, or whatever.
More generally, I encourage you if you’ve had a bad massage – whether at Watercourse or anywhere else – to go back and either work with a different therapist, or ask the same therapist to work differently. They really do want you to have a good experience. Don’t be afraid to ask your therapist for what you need, they really do want your experience to be relaxing and helpful and they can only do that when you communicate with them.
Front desk: Everyone I’ve encountered working at the front desk has been wonderful and they clearly are juggling a lot of balls and mostly make it look effortless. I mostly interact with Ty and Nate in the mornings and despite the early hour they are always cheerful and friendly in keeping things moving and welcoming me. I know from other friends that, within reason, they try to make accommodations for changes, e.g. requested therapist not in that any, etc.
Top three wishes for changes:
1) Online scheduling: I really wish in nearly 2016 that Watercourse would have _​some_​type of online scheduling, or at least an easy availability check. I’ve gotten to know a lot of the front desk staff and they try super-​hard, but even with four or five working, people are checking in and they also need to answer the phones. It can be a losing battle. Often when I call I just am wondering if they have a tub room at all that evening/​etc. if no, I wouldn’t need to call.
2) Tip via credit card: Easier ability to tip therapists using credit cards, I’ve complely blown it walking out with massage brain and gotten half way home and realized I forgot to tip my therapist. The physical flow isn’t conducive to reminding you because you pay at the start and they won’t let you use a tip line on the credit card even then if you _​know_​you want to tip your therapist. At some spas I’ve visited they’ve solved this flow issue by holding your credit card at the front until the end so you have a reason to go back and finish up and a opportunity to tip by credit card
3) Tubs: Wish they wouldn’t over-​fill the tubs quite so much, there is no need for the tubs to be tippy-​topped so that when anyone steps in the overflow (might be a 1^st thing in the morning «problem» only). Also, of late the chlorine feels like it has been a bit heavier, this is of course an endless battle between fighting any potential bad things vs. clearer water. Right now the chlorine seems to be winning.

Wonderful Couples Experience in 8 Stars Room with Jacuzzi, Cold Plunge, and Sauna
It’s $ 25 a person per hour. The room was very beautiful, and there is even a place you could lay down as well. It is totally private, and Watercourse Way provides water and towels. You can even adjust the lighting and choose from 3 classical music stations to play while you soak.
I think an hour is perfect because the Jacuzzi makes you too hot, even when you take an occasional dip into the cold plunge.
Overall: Romantic and relaxing experience

Don’t get me wrong — I LOVE this place and have been here numerous times to use the hot tub rooms (and have been very happy with my experience each and every time) but this message from their website is killing me!

Typical experience when trying to book with Watercourse:
1) Call — phone is picked up within the 1^st few rings but will always be put on hold
2) Continue holding for anywhere from 5 min until God knows when since I have usually hung up the phone by then

It was such a perfect experience! Came here with my hubby and got the couple’s massage with steam and dry brushing… Ahhhh
First of all this place is top notch! super clean and very peaceful. Everyone here is professional, friendly, and trying their best to make your experience as perfect as possible.
Melody & Charlene were really amazing. They were very attentive to our needs and very friendly! They worked magic on us!
We left the place feeling extremely relaxed and happy! We will definitely be coming here again.

This was such an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the One Pine room today, followed up by the 90 minute couples massage.
The sauna wasn’t working in One Pine today, but they offered us a discount for the inconvenience. We didn’t mind at all. This room has peaceful music with volume control, a few jet settings on the hot tub and a cold water plunge. Also, natural light gets in this room from the ceiling. The shower is real nice and they have citrus shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that smells amazing. Definitely a great first experience in this room.
We had wonderful full body Swedish massages from Erin and Martha! We have never experienced a Swedish massage and we both were in love with the whole experience. The room is peaceful with the same kind of relaxing music from One Pine. Calming lights. They asked and checked in regards to comfort and how much pressure to use. Towards the end of our massage, they got the steam room ready. We spent the last 15 minutes in a steam room and shower. They give you some extra time to get your things together. You both were so amazing!!!
We had such a wonderful time… We had to book again for next month. We will make this a normal thing :)

I took my girlfriend here for a couple’s message on her birthday. The therapist ended up injury her with her sharp, long nails. Please see the attached picture for reference.
We told them we are together, instead we were led to different rooms. They did offer us 10% discount, but that does not change the fact that our entire celebration was thrown off the track.
My girlfriend communicated the pressure and the area that needed work on. The therapist ignored her requests. She ended up pouring so much oil on her that she felt like she is soaking in oil, and the touch was so soft that she could barely feel it. Finally, when she used the hot stone, some of her hair got trapped, and pulled off.
She provided no slippers in the standard bath kit. We had to walk barefoot to the bathroom.
The receptionist didn’t care when we complained. She offered a forced «I“m sorry you didn’t enjoy it», and said the manager would call. Such call never came, and we decided to take it public on Unilocal.Of the dozens spa we’ve had together since we started dating, this is absolutely the worst message we’ve ever experienced. Paying to be hurt? Not thanks!

Hot Tub Folliculitus here in these hot tubs!!! So gross and disgusting!
Beware and DO NOT come here!!! I went here last week and a few days later noticed a rash developing. I went to urgent care on Friday and the Dermatologist on Monday and was prescribed antibiotics for «Hot Tub Folliculitus!»
This place is unsanitary and disgusting. I only sat in the water for 5 min mac and noticed the water was cloudy with white stuff floating all over! It was disgusting so I got out.
The rash is spreading and has caused me mental stress, pain and anguish. I am thinking of hiring an attorney to sue them for distress. This has already cost $ 150 in medical bills and medication to treat!
Do not ever come here and use the hot tubs!!!

This is such a great experience with my Friday friend. We opted to relax instead of doing our usual Friday hike.
Watercourse Way is so classy. Before we even got in I noticed that their parking lot exudes peace and quite. Is that even possible? To the left and right of their main entrance waterfalls calm you down to prep you for what’s to come.
We walked into a serene little area where we checked in. They sell nice trinkets and the most outstanding rose scented body lotion. Amazing.
We had the «Bat» room. We had fun jumping in and out of the hot and cold water and we also steamed our 20 minutes away. No massage. Cost is $ 25/​person because of the shower/​steam room. Without $ 20.
Looks like we did what’s popular. I’ve seen girlfriends go in for massages and soak.
Awesome staff. Super clean room. Very well thought out layout in what seem a great place to unwind with your girls or your S.O.
In the end theres a bathroom as you come out of your room where you can blow dry your hair. Qtip provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash too.

Private hot tub rooms? Hell yes.
You book by the hour and then in half-​hour increments. $ 20-​$ 30/​hr depending on the room type and time of day. All rooms have a hot tub. Then there are varying combinations of sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and skylight. The facilities are nice and clean.
I’ve tried the Six Dragonflies (Multi-​Jetted Wood Tub, Steam, Cold Plunge & Skylight) and Two Stones (Multi-​Jetted Spa & Sauna). Definitely prefer the Six Dragonflies. A much larger room, nicer shower area, and the cold plunge after hot tub is fun. The Two Stones resting area is really tiny and awkward to get into.
–1 star for no hot water in the tub room showers during my last visit. There was hot water in the separate back showers, but who wants to shower there, when there should be a working shower in your private room. The staff warned us upon arrival, but they should have offered a partial refund or future discount. Not having a shower definitely detracted from the full experience.
Other notes:
–Towels are provided in the rooms
–Bathrooms have hair-​dryers and combs
–Parking lot is tiny and can be a pain to back out of
–They also have massage, spa, and facial services. Rooms are discounted with a massage appointment. Can’t comment on quality, as I haven’t tried the services.
