History

Established in 2015.

The Performist offers whole body cryotherapy treatment, along with personalized and differentiated performance training that will push you to new performance levels. We combine fitness training with the best kept secret everyone should be doing, whole body cryotherapy. Now you can get both cryotherapy and personalized fitness training in luxury surroundings. You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed and ready for everything!

The Performist was founded by four friends with different skills sets: the Bay Area’s best performance and fitness coach, two investors looking for the next best thing, and an entrepreneur with a passion for customer service. They used cryotherapy and fitness training together for more than three years to prepare for a variety of events. After realizing that this magical combination enabled them to reach new levels of performance, they decided to launch The Performist to share its benefits with others who also want to look and perform at their best.

Meet the Manager

Manager

G is an entrepreneur who founded his first business when he was just 17. He loves being able to help people improve themselves and has a passion for customer service. He runs all of our operations with a smile on his face, and The Performist wouldn’t work without him. In fact, he is simply too important for a full name. Stopwatch and clipboard in hand, G is never happy unless you’re happy.
