As new homeowner I know how important it is to hire the right person to remodel/​rebuild your home. Like many new home owners/​home re-​modelers, my wife and I talked with many people — friends, family, colleagues, basically anyone who went through a remodeling process, and got their advice about what to do, who to hire, what to check, etc. We’ve talked with enough people and seen enough DIY and HGTV shows to know what can go wrong, can go wrong, and hiring the right person is paramount. So the fundamental question we asked is — can I Trust this person?
Our home remodel is now complete and I have to honestly say I trust Simon, period!
Our house was a Split Level home built in 1941 with two bedroom and one bath. The project consisted of adding a master suite and bath on the second floor and extend the kitchen by 6 feet, also increasing our living room space; we added ~750−800 sq feet of new space.
Simon obviously knows what he is doing but he also hired the right people for the job; everyone in his crew were professionals that knew their stuff. The entire project was on time and on budget and we’re very thankful to Simon and his team for building our dream home!
It’s always a leap of faith when you hire someone to remodel/​rebuild your home, but our house is proof we made the right choice hiring Simon and his team.

Wowowowza, I suggested she meet Simon as she was not thrilled about the other contractors she had quote… She was very happy, he reviewed what needed to be done, priced it out with multiple options & she ended up with more done for less cost than the others were quoting.

Simon at Sasco and his team did a great job on our small commercial building at a fair price.
We had them replace some large support beams that had dry rot and replace two stairways. They did the work in record time and did such a good job cleaning up after themselves that I almost did not notice they had been there (other than everything looked brand new and freshly painted!)
Simon has a masters degree in civil engineering, unlike most of the contractors that I have worked with in the past, and their estimation was very professional and accurate. When they came in on budget, we were thrilled.
We are a small 14-​owner office condo association, so that was much appreciated!
I am sure they can handle very large commercial projects, but we were glad to have their capable group on our smaller project.

Sasco quoted our living room expansion/​remodel, as did a friend of ours who is also a contractor. I was surprised that Sasco came in within our budget and timeline, and our friend couldn’t come near the price and end date in his quote (!)
Simon was great to work with and he gave the project attention to detail that I wouldn’t have even thought to look for. If a problem arose, he was quick to get it taken care of. My husband called him even on weekends and off hours when he needed to talk about an aspect of the project, and he was always available. I was confident he had our best interest in mind.
We’re incredibly pleased with the way our home looks now (on time and at budget) and I’ve already recommended Sasco to friends! Thanks.
