I also have a «concierge» service, which provides an excellent list of professionals including painting and landscape contractors to assist in your sale or purchase.
Building respectful, mutually beneficial relationships in the real estate community is critical to maximize showings for listings and to get offers accepted in this competitive market. I return agents’ calls promptly, and appreciate their showing my listed properties. I also am on time for appointments and stay on top of the escrow paperwork, meeting deadlines on or before the due date.
My business is based upon integrity. I never try to convince a seller to take less than the market is dictating. I refuse to sell a buyer an overpriced listing. I am committed to do more, to do better and to enjoy doing it.

Motivation and Enthusiasm has always been a significant aspect of my background. Planned and opened a high fashion clothing business for women. Worked for Nordstrom as a Regional Coordinator for Northern California Stores. Worked in the Hospitality Industry as a Tour and Travel Sales Manager for Meridien Hotels. I enjoy traveling, music and tennis.
