Life Balancing with Elizabeth

Elizabeth is knowledgable in Reiki and effective at demonstrating the positive benefits of the practice. I personally did not know much about reiki so I decided to reach out to Elizabeth to see if it would be a good fit for me. Elizabeth was very responsive and replied to my request within a day (even though she was away on a spiritual retreat in Egypt). We agreed to meet and discuss reiki when she returned from her retreat. We spent our time together discussing reiki, how Elizabeth learned the practice and the benefits that reiki can provide. She then showed me the power of the practice and I left our session feeling very grounded, calm and relaxed. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone that is interested in exploring reiki and the energy healing benefits that it has to offer.
